I stayed at the hotel twice, either side of my trip to Cusco. Everything was excellent. Hotel is a five minute walk to the centre of Miraflores. Room was large and clean. Bed was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Staff are very nice and helpful. They booked taxis for me and gave advice of things to do. Highly recommend this hotel.

Das Personal ist unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit! Es ist sehr sauber und die Lage war für mich super. Die Gastgeber sind sogar so freundlich und gehen auf meine individuellen Frühstückswünsche ein.
Die Coronapandemie hat die Renovierung des Gebäudes leider massiv ausgebremst. Daher ist es in den Gemeinschaftsbereichen teilweise noch provisorisch und wirkt stellenweise etwas ungemütlich. Aber es ist ein wunderschönes Gebäude mit viel Potential.

We stayed at this property for one and a half nights, as we had a night bus departing at 4:00 a.m. to continue our adventure.
The property offers excellent value for money and is very clean. The breakfast is simple but good.
What really made the difference was the staff, who were always ready to help. They even prepared a takeaway breakfast for our departure, asking how we preferred it and making it individually for me and my partner.
Highly recommended for travelers who are not looking for luxury but care about cleanliness and good service.

The lady who runs the hotel is the most warm, lovely, and friendly person who instantly made up feel welcome. The location is very easy walking distance to Kennedy Park (also where a lot of day tours meet) and lots of great restaurants. Breakfast was nice and they booked our airport transfer smoothly - the manager even kindly packaged us up some breakfast as we had to leave for the airport at 2.30am. Another great thing was that our room is very quiet at night with no noise from the street at all despite there being bars nearby.
Only problem currently is that there are construction works going on during the day which are very noisy. Didn’t bother us at all as we were out enjoying Lima all day and they’d stopped by the time we got back but I guess something to bear in mind if you’re likely to want to be in the room during the day.

Tout était parfait! Excellent petit déjeuné. La chambre était très propre et bien équipé au calme. Les propriétaires de cet hôtel sont très gentil et de bons conseils! Proche de tout c’est idéale !! Je recommande pour un séjour au cœur de Lima 👍🏼
