Cons:

They charged Rs3000 for 2 rooms but on the site it showed around 1750 while booking.
In one of the rooms geyser was not working, due to which we had to suffer cold

Pros:

Useless and worst front receptionist. They are cheating the booking.com customers and asking extra amount to pay for the rooms.

Cons:

They denied the booking.com price to give the room. They said there were no rooms available for the booking.com price. They have rooms if you pay extra amount to them directly.

Very Disappointing
Cons:

The property manager denied to provide any room and he asked me to book another hotel at 4.30 am in the morning. He said no room is available even after I have paid the amount in advance. The customer service of booking.com was also not helpful. He was suggesting me to shift to another property 8-10 kms away from the property.
