Pool Suite Chiang Mai

Very beautiful and comfortable suite with personal pool. This has a small kitchen but has no plates, bowls, eating or cooking utensils? Should at least have bottle opener/cork screw for romatic drinks. This is good for secluded retreat. Not good area if you want to walk and shop and eat and drink. Nowhere to walk to. Last morning water too low to take shower??? I think isolated event. Not normal. Very nice place to stay for seclusion and romance.

We stayed in a jacuzzi suite for our honeymoon. It was wonderfully luxurious, modern, clean, and spacious. The room included a kitchenette, big comfy bed, excellent jacuzzi jets and water temperature, great shower water pressure, fancy lighting and curtain settings, and nice greenery outside the huge window. It felt very private, and we had the impression that guests were thoughtfully spaced out across the multiple buildings, since we didn't hear much noise from anyone else. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the man working evening/night shifts at the front desk. The only issue we had was that the hot water spout for the jacuzzi was very slow (might have been broken), so it took a long time to fill up the tub -- but despite being slow, the hot water never ran out, which was nice. We only stayed a few days so we didn't get around to asking the staff to fix it, but if we had asked, I'm sure it would've gotten done quickly. The location wasn't very walkable, but we just used Grab to get everywhere and that was fine. Overall a great stay!

This is a lovely hotel in a very quiet location. Room was a good size, beds are comfy, the shower is good & it’s very clean. But it’s too far from the city, we found it hard to get transport to & from the hotel. The different taxi we used would drop us at the wrong place or the driver would get lost going to the hotel. Each trip would cost between 200-400 baht one way which is still cheap when converted but adds up nonetheless. We were unable to utilise the hotel pick up options for the tours & activities as we were outside their pickup zones. I would recommend staying here if you have your own transport available. We got a balcony room with a rural view, stayed 3 nights. They do charge 500 baht security fee which we weren’t told about when I called to make sure we could check in late. We were able to check in at 12am but the security guard was trying to make us give him cash before showing us to our room. He didn’t speak English and we didn’t speak Thai so he took us to the room & we sorted it out at reception in the morning. They did physically check the room before we checked out & we got the deposit refunded. In the room itself there no plates, cutlery, pots, pans, or utensils. There is an electric jug, microwave, 2 element stove, small cups & glasses. They do have a mini bar but be aware that you do have to pay for the water as well. The staff we interacted with were friendly but it was hard to communicate effectively - not ideal as tourists.

The jaccuzi room has absolutely no outdoor area or access to a swimming pool. The bed we had was uncomfotable. We upgraded to a pool suite it was fantastic, bed was better and very spacious.

The guest room was one of the nicest we’ve ever been to. New and modern. Big bathroom. Living room and bedroom.

Location is a 20 minute ride from the center. It doesn’t cost much on the Bolt app but you do have to wait.

Breakfast is not a buffet and was VERY disappointing. We hardly ate there.

The hotel doesn’t reply promptly to messages sent to them via booking.com.

The hotel sent us a message saying they have a shuttle service that picks you up from the airport and also takes you to the city. When we inquired about this they said it isn’t available.

When arrived at night we waited at the reception for about 10 minutes for someone to come. It later appeared that the guard at the resort entrance also does the check in.

Room has a refrigerator, a microwave, stove etc. which could be very helpful but there were no cutlery, cups, plates etc.

There was no ‘Please make up this room’ in our room and one day the room wasn’t cleaned at all and towels weren’t replaced.

The hotel must improve their service. It is apparent much money has been invested in the rooms but all the rest needs to be improved.
The hotel lacks the finish!

One of the most beautiful hotel i ever stayed, with jaccuzi bath in front of the TV, large room, seperate kitchen, closet room and shower room. quiet environment to have a wonderful sleep, nice big towel and bed. Will surely be back for more nights.

Pool Suite located around 10km from Chiangmai airport. It has very nice luxurious Pool / Jacuzzi suites at value price. All rooms are either pool or jacuzzi suites. Great service. Every staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not buffet but super good. You can choose your breakfast from the menu. The hotel is also good for elders with big space and door that allow wheelchairs. Pool is not big but it has jet stream function you can swim against.

Very Nice staffs and we found that very good service very delicious breakfast so polite staffs and so polite to people every time we come here we feel like home all my friend s and my families member live to come joun khaa

Swimming pool is very wonderful and clear,staff is very nice， 另有按摩浴缸 ，所有設備都很好 小朋友很喜歡到swimming pool早上有點冷11:00am時後游水比較合理， 只是附近沒有餐廳 ，，grab車去附近the big c 大概6-7 mins(70-80泰幣左右)，到古城13-15 mins(110-120泰幣 左右......）

warm welcome from staff,nice breakfast buffet. We stayed in pool suite room type. The pool is clean and comfortable with privacy. Housekeeper cleaned fast and keep it clean. Breakfast buffet serve with European and Thai Northern Style. Also they have smart TV,so in the night time if you have netflix account,you can enjoy with that. A bit far from city,recommended from people who rent the car. Not far from Chiang Mai Airport. We have great experience there.

Great place to stay for short or long holiday. Wanna escape from sophisicated city here is the quiet place to get well relaxation with helpful & friendly staff. Often stay when come to Chiangmai. Would reccommend

The welcome drink is so refreshing and beautifully decor. All hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is super nice, traditional and international buffet. It was very authentic in taste and style.

Pretty room, staff are very nice and polite. A clean and quiet place for vacation. The Spa center is a good place to go (shuttle service included for free)with reasonable price. Wish that the temperature would have been warmer so I could enjoy swimming more.

Warm greeting from the staff as usual, especially the staff at the restaurant, every time I stay always big smiles, helpful and some of them remember my name!! That impress me. Jazz music on Friday night was fantastic! Cocktail was good too!!

The location is good for traveller who wiuld like to travel to oter area of chieng mai. You will not suffering from Chieng Mai traffic. The service and facility is good. I love the room lay out and the mattress is good for my backache

Nice room and excellent service quality. Brakfast is nice as well and variaty more enough than expectation. Jaguzzi in the room is well utilized and satified my wife. Need more internal facilities such as fitness room , common pool etc.

The room was great and a bed was comfortable but some material had to fixing as an umbrella and rim of swimming pool on second floor. Breakfast was excellent. Taste of the food was good and had many food. I lived for three night but the food weren’t same that awesome.
