Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr stilvoll und gemütlich. Es war sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich. Wir hatten 2 sehr unschöne vorkommnisse und das Personal war super hilfsbereit und sehr zuvor kommend, eine Person hatte Kreislaufprobleme und war kollabiert und hat leider dabei eine Wand leicht beschädigt, sie wollten nicht mal den Schaden ersetzt haben, Ihnen war nur die Gesundheit wichtig, dass gibt es wirklich kaum noch. Und eine Person war gestürzt und hat sich eine Fraktur zugezogen, da haben sie uns gefrorenes Gemüse zum kühlen gereicht, da es kein eis gab. An dieser Stelle wirklich vielen vielen lieben Dank nochmal. Der wellness Bereich war auch sehr ansprechend. Wir waren 21 Personen und haben Abends noch den Bereich an der Bowlingbahn bekommen zum gemütlichen zusammen sitzen. Man kann es unbedingt weiter empfehlen. Sehr schönes Panorama.

Pros:

Jidlo v restauraci v hlavni budove bylo super.

Cons:

Byla jsem s partnerem, mimcem a psem. Dostali jsme pokoj o velikosti cca 12m2, kde jsme sotva mohli postavit postylku pro malou. Pokoj na fotkach, ktery jsem objednavala byl rozhodne vetsi - mel 2 okna. My meli pokoj jen s jednim oknem. Takze bylo evidentni, ze fotka nezkresluje a pokoj je opravdu jiny nez jsem objednala.
Udajne bylo plno, takze vymena nebyla mozna.
Pokoj sice hezky, cisty, ale koupelna byla citit po octu, ktery zrejme pouzivaji na cisteni. Ok, kdybych na smrat z octa nebyla vylozene vysazena.
Zkusili jsme bazen s mimcem, ale bazen byl strasne studeny - odhadem 22 - 23'C, takze mimco do nej vubec nevlezlo. Virivka byla zas moc horka mozna 38'?? Takze jsme ve 'Wellnes' ztravili z celyho pobytu asi jen 10minut.
Hotel stoji hned vedle hlavniho tahu, takze i se psem se muselo chodit vencit nekam dal.
Dal bych na pokoji uvitala alespon rychlovarnou konvici s cajem/kafem. Dole v restauraci se kavovar porouchal a nebylo mozne objednat ani obycejne rozpustne kafe nebo turka.

Krásný víkend na horách
Pros:

Výborná lokalita, super možnosti aktivit v ubytování (bazen, posilovna, šipky, kulečník, bowling…) , moc milý a ochotný personál, snídaně dostačující, kousek od sjezdovky

Před vstupem do budovy bych víc odhrnovala sníh - bylo náledí.
Pros:

Snídaně výborný i obsluha.
Dala bych do jídelníčku bramborové knedlíky, zelí a výpečky .

Cons:

Malá televize na pokoji.
Koberec na chodbě - dala bych tam nějaký odkapávač na boty.
Úzké závěsy na oknech - večer svítilo do pokoje hodně světla z půjčovny lyží.
