LLegamos a las 12 mediodia, y nos dejaron entrar, nos dijeron que cancelaramos la reserva y nos fueramos a otro hotel, pero la cancelacion por politica de uds si se realiza una vez llegada el dia igualmente se cobra, ni modo estabamos obligados a quedarnos los dos dias o perder dos dias de reservacion , porque ya era el dia del check in con 2 horas mas, asi que tb afectaba al dia sgte , nos dijeron que no habian cuartos a pesar de haber reservado, lo mismo oberve que paso con otras personas que llegaron al dia siguiente a la misma hora. Recien a las 8pm nos dieron solucion. Nos dieron un cuarto en mal estado, en dos oportunidades tuvimos que entrar por ñla ventana, ya que la chapa de la puerta estaba mal. La ducha que es fundamental no funcionaba. Nos dieron un cuarto sin aire acondicionado a pesar que la reserva era con A.C. Cuando preguntamos por el desayuno, nos dijeron que el comedor estaba cerrado por refaccion, por lo tanto no habia desayuno. En dos oportunidades se fue la luz y en una demoraron 3 horas para darle solucion en horas de la noche. Definitivamente fue una estafa y no se lo recomiendo a nadie. Yo soy cliente de Hotel.com , desde hace mucho tiempo y no soy una persona exigente, pero siempre tuve buenas experiencias en los años de booking que hice en hoteles de diversos paises, siempre contento y feliz de confiar en Hotel.com , no dejare de confiar en el servivio de uds. Pero si comparto esto, para mejora y cuidado de uds con este hotel afiliado a uds.
