Pros:

Me satisfizo grandemente quedarme en ese lugar. Desde mi llegada, persiví el gran calor humano de todo su personal. Las atenciones y servicios fueron de excelencia. Un lugar seguro y acogedor. Con una ubicación de primera. Muy cerca de todo. A pasos del tranvía, restaurante, farmacias, el metro, estación de policías y otras amenidades.

This was definitely a case of the "the pictures are better than the reality". The room was dark, but quiet. Unfortunately, it was pretty dirty. There was hair on the toilet and in the shower. The sheets were of questionable cleanliness and I really shouldn't have lifted the mattress, but I couldn't help myself.
The neighborhood is not the best, but it is close to public transport and some cool parks and buildings. During the day it is safe enough, but be careful walking at night (but that could be said for most of Medellin).
Overall, it is a convenient, cheap option, but if you are willing to splurge an extra $10 or $20 you should be able to find something much better.

HICE LA RESERVA, CUANDO LLEGUÉ ME DIJERON QUE NO APARECÍA POR NINGÚN LADO, ASÍ QUE ME TOCÓ PAGAR MAS DE LO QUE HABÍA ACORDADO EN LA RESERVA, QUEDÉ TRISTE Y ABURRIDO POR ESE LADO.

Pros:

It's a basic bargain hotel, or at least the room I had was, no fridge,the bed room was a nice size, but the bathroom was kind of small,the shower took up half the bathroom. The mattress was also hard.

Llegamos y no estaba disponible la habitación que originalmente habíamos reservado en línea. El parqueadero estaba lleno. No puedo opinar del servicio. La localización es central.

El personal (trabajadores) se esmeran por dar lo mejor, pero administrativamente tienen mucho desorden, múltiples y simultáneas tareas para un solo funcionario; las instalaciones no ayudan, carecen de muchas cosas necesarias para la estadía; la ubicación del hotel es pésima, suciedad, inseguridad. El uso doble que le dan al hotel favorece inseguridad.
