Tay beach hotel - Tayrona

Very nice resort. The staff were very friendly offering suggestions and providing transportation services to nearby towns. Great place for getaway with partner. Very safe with 24/7 security. Welcome drinks were a nice touch. Highly recommended.

What a beautiful place. We had the hole resort ton ourselves. Service was impeccable!! Beautiful property and we are sure to come back!!!

this was an amazing experience. The room and view of the ocean was spectacular. Pool and jacuzzi area next tot the bar was perfect. Restaurant/bar staff were very nice. the beach was so nice and best part...no vendors!!!

The place was amazing at morning, day, and night especially with that constant ocean sound. They Romantic Dinner literally at beach features an exclusive menu that's 5-Star level. The massage service at beach side deck wash fantastic. I would absolutely return and recommend. It's incredible having access to a private beach!

Bed full of bed bugs and the staff didn’t even offered another room we had to leave at 2 am the property because we couldn’t sleep and we were full of hives.

El lugar es muy linda, la infraestructura como tal súper. Los cuartos cómodos, la cama normal. Hay calentador de agua.
El wifi es PÉSIMO, solo sirve como en el 10% del lugar
La comida es normal, para lo que es, es muy cara y no es tan variada teniendo en cuenta que es el único restaurante del lugar y que aparte cierra demasiado temprano igual que el bar y luego quedas sin nada que hacer. La piscina es súper chévere y el bar es con calidad.
Si quieres solo descansar está bien pero si no, no hay nada que hacer
2 noches es SUFICIENTE.

It’s a paradise in the of nature, the pool is amazing, the infrastructure And architecture is incredible. They have amazing customer service.

A very quiet hotel...
Pros nice facilities, very quiet, comfortable room, bathrooms with tub (very nice), full relax, nice pool, pet friendly.

Cons; very expensive food vs quality, you can't swim in the sea (very strong waves), mosquitoes, it's not a beach for children, the service is terrible, they don't speak English, wifi works only in certain parts.


Recommendations; Bring your drinks (beer, water, snacks), mosquito repellent, contact travel agencies in advance for tours.

El servicio muy regular en general, la comida costo benéfico no valía la pena, los desayunos muy buenos pero la carta realmente muy normal. La atención de restaurante y bar podría mejorar mucho

This hotel is FANTASTIC- We were afraid to to a couple of bad reviews, but dont be, the staff its friendly, the place its a paradise the pool its clean, drinks are very good, food its limited but tasty, the rooms are beautiful amd decorated according to the place, really enjoyed the complementary oils and the massage in front of beach, as well as the free yoga lessons. Perfrct to reconnect with my partner

You MUST stay here! It is paradise! The moment we came down the windy dirt path off the main road and stepped foot on the property we were taken back by the quiet. There was a peace and tranquility that came over us. Greeted by a warm staff who offered us fresh drinks, my kids flopped down in one of many swinging chairs hammocks or loungers. The thatched roofs seemed to instantly absorb all the noise. And this was just the open air lobby! The pool was pristine. The grounds were impeccable. The elevated open air massage room was right from a dream. Getting a massage to the sound of the ocean is like nothing else on Earth. The breakfast buffet with fresh fruit - the pool table and table tennis and bar with fresh piña coladas and frappe limonadas (and I’m just talking kids drinks) was great. You could stay here for a week and do nothing else. Of course we didn’t do that. We sailed out of Santa Marta and visited the luxurious beaches of La Tayrona - and you should too! But this spot is definitely a must! We will be back!

Nice place and quiet, great to have a relaxing time. The staff was great, very attentive and very inclined towards helping you have a great time. A great place to spend time and relax in front of the beach

It is a piece of paradise. The property is beautiful and clean. The rooms are simple but nice and comfortable. The bathroom is different and I like the open concept of the shower. Food is good, the menu is basic. It can be improved. The staff is extremely friendly and the service is excellent. They are always willing to help you. There are different activities to do and the hotel is great assisting you to coordinate. It was a great experience. I totally recommend it.
