Wonderful penthouse apartment in a prime location, with features worth considering.
Pros:

Hotel WOW is one of Budva’s iconic hotels, and its penthouse apartment offers the highest standard of luxury. The unit is vast, featuring three bedrooms, a large living room, two bathrooms, and a magnificent terrace with a sea view and a remote-controlled Jacuzzi. The housekeeping staff is excellent and visits daily, and the elevators are fast—no waiting around like at other places! These are fantastic advantages.

Cons:

Yes, unfortunately, there are things that need improvement! The luxury kitchen in the most expensive penthouse apartment lacks a frying pan—at least, we couldn't find one. There is a musical party above the apartment every night lasting until dawn; despite the excellent soundproofing, the noise still carries through—something for everyone to consider, though it didn't bother me personally. A massive construction project is underway right in front of the WOW; a 16-story monstrosity is being built—or rather, has been under construction for years with no visible progress. Consequently, much of the view consists of a construction site. Of course, you can see Dukley Gardens to the side and the Old Town to the right, but that monstrosity sits right in the middle. Everyone should take this into account. The breakfast isn't bad, but I found myself swatting away flies every time—something hardly befitting a place of this caliber.

במרפסת החדר ממוקם מערכת המיזוג דבר שלא מאפשר ישיבה במרפסת
בתמונת המלון לא ציון כי נבנה לפני המלון מבנה המסתיר את הנוף
כמו כן הדרישה לחדר בקומה גבוה לא מומש

Otelin Konumu, odası ve imkanlari güzeldi. Özellikle Sümeyye Hanım ve Cansu Hanım otelde bize çok yardımcı oldular. Onların varlığı memnuniyetinizi artırdı.

קיבלנו חדר עם ברז באמבטיה שבור וריח לא נעים בשרותים . מיטה של הילד היתה מלאה בשערות וחול . מעלית אחד לא עבדה . ירדנו לקבלה באותו יום לא היה להם מה להציע לנו יום למחרת החליפו חדר . שילמנו 20 יורו ליום על חניון במלון . ארוחת בוקר סבירה .

We had booked this property for three nights, but unfortunately our stay got off to a very disappointing start due to the way we were treated by the staff member who checked us in.

As soon as we entered the apartment, we discovered that the toilet was unusable—the flush mechanism was missing, leaving a hole in the wall where it should have been. We immediately returned to reception, informed the staff member, and asked if someone could look into it while we went out for dinner.

When we returned almost two hours later, nothing had been done. The receptionist, who was casually eating an ice cream, simply told us that the toilet could not be repaired. He repeatedly insisted that another room might be available the following day at 2:00 p.m. and that we should “adjust somehow” until then.

We explained that we had paid for a fully functional apartment and expected basic necessities, especially as we were travelling with a child who has a medical condition. Despite this, he repeatedly said there was nothing he could do. When we told him we would have to contact Booking.com, his response was, “You have the right to, but I don’t care.” We were genuinely shocked by such an unprofessional and dismissive attitude.

Had it not been for the excellent support from Booking.com, who helped us cancel the reservation and find alternative accommodation at around 11:00 p.m., we would have been left in a very difficult situation.

The only positive aspects of our experience were the staff member who took over after the shift change and the management team, who later tried to assist us. The apartment itself appeared clean, spacious, and was in an excellent city-centre location.

It is a real shame that such a promising property can leave such a negative impression because of the attitude and lack of professionalism of one staff member.

Konumu olarak tam merkezde ve etrafında kafe , restarurant ve market alternatifleri oldukca fazla ; Kaleye cok yakın 7-8 dk yürüme mesafesi . Kahvaltı daha iyi olabilir . Temizlik 10 numara ; cok temiz odalar hergün temizleniyor havlular degişiyor ; personel harika bu konuda !!
