Realmente el aseo es muy bueno, el personal muy amable y eficiente, se ve el Mantenimiento.

Cons:

las piscinas bien tratadas, pero mejorar el sistema de filtros ya que tiene muchas partículas el agua. El refrigerador de la habitación no está enfriando adecuadamente y la caja fuerte estaba bloqueada.

La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca del parque principal y restaurantes y la entrada y salida es muy fácil al quedar en la entrada de melgar. tiene un excelente parqueadero cubierto.

Muy bien ubicados a dos cuadras de los sitios de comida.Muy limpio y desayunos súper completos y variados con personal siempre atentos.

WiFi nunca sirvió y a nosotros nos parece útil el secador de cabello y no había.

Mal estado las instalaciones de la piscina y ascensor
Pros:

El desayuno y la atención de los empleados.

Cons:

Que la habitación que estuve el aire acondicionado no servía mucho, la puerta del baño no abría bien y era peligrosa por ser de vidrio, el ascensor olía a chichi, la piscina se veía sucia las latas qué quedan cerca del ascensor todas levantadas y podía ocasionar un accidente.

Nos hicieron esperar 3 horas por la habitación, esa noche una bomba se dañó y no había agua, en el desayuno el jugo estaba fermentado, las paredes muy sucias, las toallas de la habitación sucias, en la piscina no hay toallas, mala experiencia
