It is very fortunate that I book blue wave hotel in addis ababa,Ethiopia and whe my client reach there ,he want told that he never booked any hotel and I booked the hotel for him through hotels.com and I was debited through my mastercard and yet my client cannot lodge in the hotel and hotels.com cannot even reach the hotel and I pay to hotels.com and hotels.com didnot refund my money until now..and I was sent a review for the hotel my client was denied
