la camera era molto bella, dimensione nella norma, se vai con due zaini. con due valigie diventa complicato muoversi.

Quiet location . The room was cosy, the bed comfortable. Cool bathroom mirror with demister. Stunning view from the dining area.
Check-in was difficult. No breakfast available when paid to be included. Poor bathroom design with open shower right as you walked in….slippery and wet. Not suitable for someone with mobility issues…lots of stairs!
The location was literally 1 minutes away from the Jiufen Old Street. So easy to go there!
Bathroom wasn't great and the facility was very tight, the room was very small but can't complain for the price.

Die Lage war perfekt, das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vegetarisch. Die wunderbare Aussicht auf Jiufen und das Meer. Das Zimmer im japanischem Stil.
Wir hatten keinen Wasserkocher im Zimmer.
It’s close to the famous taro balls! Bed was so comfortable, and the views were great! When it rained, they gave us a free poncho. Thank you!
A bit hard to find - walk past the A-mei house to find it! No uber would pick us up here - walk 8 mins down to the bus stop and hail a taxi!
The room was itself very good, large and comfortable
The bathroom is atrocious, very old and decrepit without a proper shower. The vanity was coming apart and the shower has just been added to make it a ‘private’ bathroom to sell it as such. The shower was an add on without a shower recess, no curtain, no sectioning off and what appeared an electrical outlet right next to the shower pole. If you had a shower, whilst running the risk of electrocution, you also made the entire bathroom wet.
The check-in process was also terrible, they’re using a completely online check-in which might work well if you speak and read Chinese but if you don’t you need to hold up one phone with google translate to translate what is on the screen to try and do the process to get a QR code. If you do need help, they say please contact them but they don’t help.
I ask for a base for the kettle so we could actually use the kettle to boil water but no response. Person less check in also means no person on site to do anything for you or provide any kind of service for the good money you pay.
That also results in no kind of cleaning or topping up of toilet paper during your multi night stay. Make sure you don’t need to use the toilet too much cause there’s no bidet, no toilet paper down the toilet and no emptying of the bathroom bin whilst you’re there.
I have said the room itself was good, well decorated, comfortable and very large however there was also a decent size window without a blind or curtain which let in the night light making it hard to sleep and also no fridge, no working kettle, no supplies and no TV.
I do not recommend this hotel.
This is a very poor experience.
1) They never respond to my messages, not even once.
2) The email explained how to check in but did not include the link to complete the check procedures.
3) The bathroom cannot be used for showering.
4) The electric kettle is not working.
5) If you want to store your luggage in advance, you can only do so after 11am because there are no staff members before that time. This is very unsatisfactory for tourists who can stay for one night. Also, all doors open by QR code, so you can’t leave your luggage there once you check out.
6) Do not recommend this place. Will not stay here again in the future.
