My stay was enjoyable, and this is my 3rd time staying in this hotel and I always choose this hotel when I visit Moscow

It wasn't good at all... not clean and very old

I like the location, it is inside the train station. The only minus point is check in process, it takes too long (almost 20 minutes) just for check in and get the room key ready. Check out was quick. And the cleanliness in the room need to be improved. I still found some debris on the table from the previous guest. And the menu for breakfast was very limited.

Esta situado dentro de la estacion de tren con facil acceso al metro de moscu

Muito interessante ficar em um hotel dentro da estação de trem. O ambiente é super movimentado, mas bastante seguro. Não fica próximo ao centro, mas tem metrô que te leva pra lá bem fácil.

入り口はよくわからない。駅の横をぐるっと回って入る。英語はほとんど通じなかったけど、笑顔で翻訳機を使用しながら親切に対応してくれた。
部屋は凄く広くて綺麗だったけど、壁はとにかく薄い。隣のシャワーの音がめちゃくちゃ聞こえる。部屋に備え付けのお水は自己申告でしたが、有料でした(チェックアウト時に知った。)

The staff is very friendly and helpful . The location is very perfect . Located at the train station to st.petersberg.

Buena relación calidad precio. El personal muy amable y servicial, y el baño y las habitaciones son cómodas y amplias. Se cambia regularmente la ropa de cama y toallas, así como se vota la basura diariamente, pero la limpieza no es buena. Ubicado justo entre la estación de trenes a San Petersburgo y los andenes, al inicio da mala impresión, pero una vez dentro todo bien. Al frente tiene la estación del metro Konsomolskaia, ubicada en el primer anillo o circular del metro. Acceso fácil a toda la ciudad y lineas de metro. Por la misma ave, frente al Moskovski Magacin, hay una caja de cambio de divisas, con empleada seria y honrada; y hay muchos comercios y servicios alrededor

Great service from front desk receptionist during my check in. Great location right next to tracks. Would recommend this place to anyone with long layover and would like to stay close to train station.

Uitstekende locatie voor wanneer je met de trein naar Sint Petersburg gaat. Hotel is wel wat lastig te vinden (hoofdingang naar binnen, door de bagagescanner, doorlopen tot de volgende scanner aan de andere kant van het gebouw. Daar kun je rechts langsheen en is het hotel aan de rechterkant naast de KFC).

Faciliteiten waren prima en het enige geluid wat je hoort is een krakende deur en mensen op de gang. Van de treinen heb je totaal geen last.

Early check-in was helaas niet mogelijk. De receptioniste bij het inchecken spraak helaas totaal geen Engels, degene tijdens het uitchecken wel.

Ontbijt was matig, maar prima koffie!

Before reading, please keep in mind that this is my personal experience and doesn't mean that you will have the same one.
I booked studio (room with the kitchen). Please note, that the kitchen doesn't have microwave or oven, only cattle and multi cooker. The first room I stayed in was number 401, I had to change it because bellow the room there are AC's from the train station and they are VERY loud (didn't sleep all night).The next day, I changed to room 420, which was smaller in size, but I didn't really care about it, as long as it was quite. When I came back at night, I realized that AC doesn't work properly, and doesn't heat the room. I went down to the receptionist, she told me that central heating is on, so it should be warm in the room. I went up, but batteries in the room were cold. I wanted to call the receptionist, but the phone wasn't working, so I had to go down again. The receptionist was very kind to go up to the room with me. She checked the AC, and it was indeed not heating. She told me that all she can do, is offer another blanket. (keep in mind, that it was around 3C degrees outside). In the morning I went to take shower, but the hot water wasn't hot, it was barely warm. In the room 401 (the one I stayed night before), it was boiling hot. When I came down , I mentioned the issues, and was told that it will be fixed. Long story short, the water was fixed, but the AC worked the same way as it worked the night before.

床好睡，房間大，淋浴間排水較差一些，在火車站裡面，進入需安檢，離紅場搭地鐵15分鐘

Excellent hotel with all the comfort you need at a very reasonable price. Even tough the hotel is inside the busy Leningradskiy station the rooms are completely soundproof. Bathrooms are extremely clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Very strategic location if u going to take the Sapsan train. Room size OK. Breakfast OK.

レニングラード駅への併設で便利だし。ちょっとした買い物はコンビニあり、駅構内で済ませます。
改装すぐ？部屋は新しく標準設備あり。冷蔵庫も　ただフロントの英語がちょっと厳しいかも

地下鉄コムソモリスカヤが近い。サンクトペテルブルク行きのサプサン乗り場の目の前？駅ナカにあります。
通常の駅(ヤロスラフスキー駅)、目の前ではなく、駅を正面に見て左の側道を進むと右手に入り口が見えてきます。
一般的なビジネスホテルのような設備ですが、アメニティはフロントで売っている。ただし金額表はロシア人向けのようで外国人には3倍ぐらいの請求をされた。
シャワー室の間仕切りが低すぎて、シャワー浴びていると、バスルーム、最悪居室まで水が漏れることになる。夜中にセキュリティボックスが開かなくなり、かなり焦ってフロントに相談したがあまり英語の得意な人ではなかった。しかし、翻訳アプリで親切に対応してくれ、管理者に連絡してセキュリティボックスを開けてくれた。機会があれば、次もこのホテルに泊まりたい。

兎に角、サプサン列車に乗るものにはこれ以上ありえないくらい立地が良い！
ホテルの出入り口の前が列車乗り場（笑）
ただ、中国人が山のように居て隣のケンタッキーでも騒騒しい。
ホテルはWi-Fiが弱い。
そして、シャワーご毎回、部屋に水がこぼれてる（笑）
