Excelente hotel

Del hotel ne gusta todo, habitaciones, piscina, las instalaciones.

Cons:

No me ha gustado nada el Restaurante La Patarashca. Hace mas de 7 años que vamos y el restaurante se caracteriza por ser el mejor de Tarapoto y muy familiar. Desde que lo han modernizando, la comida mal y el servicio peor. Volveré al hotel pero al restaurante nunca más.

Me gusta la sensación que te brinda la gran cantidad de plantas que hay en el mismo hotel recordándote que estas en la misma selva. Desayuno variado y agradable, recomendado.

En la noche se percibió algún insecto dentro de la habitación que difícilmente me dejaba conciliar el sueño por el ruidito que hacía

Cons:

La habitación pequeña y mal iluminada, muy oscura. Tenía olor a guardado, el baño no tenía perchero para las toallas y la ropa, la grifería de la ducha no funcionaba bien.

Experiencia inolvidable!
Pros:

La piscina estaba muy refrescante y el desayuno ofrecía un buffet no muy variado, pero delicioso.

Cons:

Es un lugar muy acogedor, gracias al entorno lleno de vegetación. La experiencia fue tan buena que no tengo nada que criticar.
