Linda vista en el centro de la ciudad
Pros:

La atención del restaurante, atentos a todos nuestros pedidos, no se complicaban, excelente personal. Las habitaciones también estuvieron muy bien, salías y veías naturaleza.

Cons:

Reservamos una segunda noche, y no hicieron el mayor esfuerzo en darnos una continuación cálida, pero solo fue una persona, el resto del personal bien. Por otro lado, las camas no eran suaves, puedes dormir, pero no lo disfrutas.

Hotel céntrico en la ciudad de Tarapoto
Pros:

El hotel es lindo, áreas verdes y sofás para descansar, tiene área de piscina para refrescarse, conveniente que tiene acceso al restaurante La Patarashca y Suchiche. El personal también es amable.

Cons:

La habitación no estaba tan limpia y era pequeña, el piso del baño y la ducha tenían manchas, no contaban con toallas de piso y todo se mojaba.
