Great hotel, recommended!
Pros:

Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Great view of the bay. Excellent breakfast. Room is spacious, bed is super comfortable and balcony watches the beautiful bay.

Cons:

Car access in a narrow road. However the hotel staff provides free valet parking service which basically eliminates the issue.

A perfect place to stay in Montenegro — highly recommended!
Pros:

Hotel Zeta was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, with stunning sea views, clean and spacious rooms, and convenient parking facilities. The Georgian management team was incredibly welcoming and professional.
The breakfast was lovely, and the dinners were absolutely delicious. With direct beach access and a lively promenade lined with over 20 restaurants, cafés, and shopping options, everything you need is just a short walk away.
A special mention to Mario, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. The entire staff spoke excellent English and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. What truly stood out was seeing the owner regularly present on-site, which reflects the dedication and care that goes into running this wonderful hotel.

Pros:

מיקום נהדר. הצוות שירותי ומסביר פנים. דאגו לנו לארוחת בוקר לדרך ביום שעזבנו.

Cons:

המים במקלחת חמים אבל לא מספיק.
כמו כן היה צריך להדגיש שהקפסולות קפה והתה במטבח זה בתוספת תשלום.

Unfassbar schöne Aussicht.
Pros:

Tolle Lage , Super Ausblick.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir Nachbarn, die sich Stundenlang angeschrien haben und es gab auch Gewalt.
Die Rezeption ist trotz Anruf nicht eingeschritteny weswegen wir schon die Polizei rufen wollten.
Auch würden die Informationen nicht weiter gegeben, die Chefin wusste am nächsten Tag nichts davon..

Расположение, хороший номер, кровать, вид из номера, у нас был sea view. Хороший грузинский ресторан при отеле.

Cons:

Платный кофе и чай в номере, завтрак всегда одинаковый и по меню, никакого разнообразия. Платный спа, но нам он был не нужен.

Ein sehr kurzer aber super Aufenthalt. Wäre gerne länger geblieben!
Pros:

Super freundlicher Empfang! Tolles Zimmer mit traumhafter Aussicht, sehr bequeme Betten, ausserordentlich sauber und die Rituals Produkte im Bad einfach der Überflieger! Das Essen im Strandrestaurant war ebenfalls sehr lecker!
Ich würde sofort wieder im Zeta buchen.

Cons:

Die Strasse ist etwas eng und die Parkplatzsituation eher schwierig. Jedoch hat ein sehr netter Herr den Verkehr vor dem Hotel voll im Griff und setzt sich allenfalls selbst ans Steuer damit nichts schief geht! Top

Lovely hotel and very wonderful staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Staff was great. Room was awesome.

Cons:

We booked an economy room and they showed us this pitiful little room that smelled like cigarettes, so obviously we upgraded (for an additional price) to the regular room which was very nice. We were really happy with the new room, but that economy was pretty sad. This hotel has a restaurant on the water, but it does not have its own beach access. You have to walk a little ways and pay 30 euros for beach loungers at another hotel's property.
