Muy buena atención del personal muy bien todo
The breakfast area on the top floor is very pleasant.
Rooms have inadequate sound insulation. A lot of noise transmits from the corridor & toilets flushing can be heard from adjoining rooms. Also took a shower around 18.30 pm and there was no hot water.

La habitación del hotel era muy linda y acogedora, y el personal fue muy amable. Fueron realmente atentos y me hicieron sentir muy cómoda durante toda mi estancia.
Como único detalle, la ventana no se podía cerrar bien. No estaba en el dormitorio, sino en la zona de trabajo, pero afortunadamente no afectó demasiado.

Cerca a todos los lugares destacados del centro de Pasto, cuenta con buenos restaurantes cerca. Sus instalaciones muy cómodas, limpias y con todo lo necesario. El personal muy atento, carismático y con buena atención. Muy pendientes de la llegada del huésped y considerados, poniendo en primer lugar la comodidad del huésped sobre la utilidad económica.
Me gustaría que tuviera más opciones de menú de desayuno, pues a mi mamá no le gustan los huevos y era lo único que se ofrecía.
