Hotel bonito y acogedor muy limpio, staff muy atento y disponible.

Cons:

La inseguridad fuera del hotel a dos cuadras tres personas en moto nos robaron nuestra bolsa con dinero, documentos, tarjetas y cosas personales.

El desayuno era muy poco, ademas el hotel no tiene ascensor para acceder a los pisos más altos. Las fotos de las habitaciones no corresponden a la realidad del hotel y las habitaciones que fueron asignadas. Son mucho más pequeñas de lo que parece.

La amabilidad del personal y la ubicación son excelentes. Ya nos habíamos quedado ahí y en realidad es muy cómodo.

Cons:

En general todo bien. Lo único que es incómodo pero manejable, son las campanas de la iglesia que están al lado y suenan temprano, pero es ajeno al hotel.

Las chicas recepcionistas demasiado amables y colaborativas al momento de consultar dudas, adicional todos los días nos hicieron aseo a la habitación y esto se evidenciaba al llegar
