Aianteion Bay Luxury Hotel & Suites

Obiekt jest bardzo dobrze położony, a personel widać, że stara się być pomocny. Mam jednak kilka uwag, które – mam nadzieję – pomogą w dalszym rozwoju hotelu.
Podczas czterodniowego pobytu śniadania były bardzo ubogie. Praktycznie każdego dnia wybór był niewielki, a dostępne produkty nie zachęcały do spożycia. Jak na obiekt aspirujący do standardu czterech gwiazdek, było to duże rozczarowanie.
Obsługa również wymaga jeszcze przeszkolenia. Warto byłoby także wprowadzić jednolite stroje dla personelu, aby goście mogli łatwo odróżnić pracowników od turystów.
Taras przy restauracji również wymaga konserwacji i odświeżenia – obecnie jego stan nie zachęca do korzystania.
Mimo tych uwag trzymam kciuki za wprowadzane zmiany. Hotel ma duży potencjał i wierzę, że po dopracowaniu wskazanych elementów będzie miejscem, do którego warto wracać.
Pokoje małe a łazienka jeszcze mniejsza ;-)

the room was on the first floor, very noise day and night, the terrace completely exposed to neighbors, zero privacy, intimidating to be honest, would never recommend to stay there, two rooms with Jacuzzi, again no privacy, more so that on one side is the swimming pool and in the middle between two rooms the lobby terrace, seriously bad
Moreover the terrace of my room was simply dirty, smelling of cigarette smoke and unfortunately there were several cigarette butts as well

The breakfast was ok, but selection not up to 4 star standard and the quality of the products cheap, the equipment looks very old and not inviting at all

The cleanliness, especially around the beach deck, the beach itself was terrible, rubbish everywhere unfortunately

For me the worse I have to say was the service, absolutely no attention, not friendly at all, it seems the staff was afraid speaking to a foreigner due to the fact that english levels were very poor, also with all due respect, the local guests were obviously favored and I was ignored on several occasions, especially around the beach restaurant area, perhaps it was unintentionally, nevertheless obvious

I chose to have dinner at the beach restaurant second evening of the stay, after waiting for 20 minutes to get the first Drink, cause no one showed up , after chasing the waiter I eventually got it, happens with the second drink as well by the way, I ordered starter and main course, both got delivered at the same time....., I won't continue

The property claims to be Pet friendly, however it is not in my opinion, doesn't provide anything for Pets in the room, so if you do not bring for example bowls for the food, there is nothing provided at all, I ask and eventually got a plastic previously used food container......

Śniadanie nie przypomina absolutnie śniadania w 4*hotelu nawet jeśli weźmie się pod uwagę greckie standardy.

Colazione dire pessima è poco, poca organizzazione, bagno nelle stanze minuscolissimo con tenda nella doccia fai fatica a chiudere la porta in uno

The hotel is dated, the staff really don’t care or put much effort into anything, little things like providing soap would in other hotels be a given but in this hotel the answer we got when we asked for hand soap was “ no, we don’t have”. To top it off the hotel rented their pool area out for a wedding and the DJ set up their DJ equipment and speakers directly under our balcony. When we asked what time it would end they said it will go all night , they couldn’t say when it would end. No apology! We asked to change rooms which they allowed us to do but it made no difference . The music pumped until 2am so loud that it was impossible to sleep. The hotel owners offered no discount or apology that their guests were impacted by a wedding. Like the guests should have known and been totally ok with this. Needless to say I not recommend this hotel.

El hotel no es ni mucho menos un hotel de lujo tal como lo anuncian. La piscina no es accesible para minusvalidos, la suite es una habitacion mas bien pequeña, la ducha es muy pequeña y ademas el inodoro y la pica esta a una altura muy baja, con si fuera poara niños. Pretende ser un hotel "de lujo", pero hay cosas que no funcionan, en la pagina ponene cafetera y tetera, pero habia solamente una tetera y sin enchufe, los dos olivos de la terraza estaba secos. las duchas de la piscina np creo que las limpian... en fin, es un quiero y no puedo.

La camera piccola. Il bagno piccolo e si faceva fatica entrare ed uscire perché la porta troppo ingombrante.
La porta della doccia non rimaneva chiusa per cui c’era acqua dappertutto.
Una sera non sono riuscita a fare la doccia perché c’era poca acqua !

We had many concerns! We were there for 5 nights, on night 1, after being seated on the outdoor restaurant patio, we were advised the restaurant was closed, upon expressing our extreme disappointment we were told that they could provide a very limited menu, my spouse is a vegetarian and there was nothing they could provide that was suitable. In addition we booked the room category with a hot tub, upon arrival, and after waiting 5hrs to get into our room despite the fact that the hotel only has 20 rooms and certainly did not seem to be at capacity, we were anxious to enjoy the tub after a long day of travel and waiting, but it was empty and had to be filled and heated after we got into our room. In addition, they did not treat the hot tub, and when we went out during on the 2nd day they turned the power off leaving it murky and stagnant due to the heat. They were not pleased when we asked for the water to be changed on day 2 as it was like sitting in old used bath water. They gave us a hard time when we asked for ice for our room, in fact we found most of the staff to be quite dismissive and rude, except for the lady who ran the breakfast room who seemed to warm to us during our stay. On our 2nd day we asked that they no longer make up our room on a daily basis because they turned off the hot tub and the air conditioning, but most concerning was that they left the sliding door to our terrace open, a terrace that could easily be accessed by others, leaving our belongings and valuables fully exposed. This was a major concern that we brought forward when we returned to our room and were alarmed to discover. Overall I can't say I would recommend the hotel for the reasons detailed above.
