Unkompliziertes, neuwertiges Quartier für die Erkundung Prags.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber, schönes Haus, Abwicklung Top organisiert

Cons:

ist ein riesieger Raum ohne echte Abtrennung. 2 Einzel- und 2 Doppelbetten, Esstisch, Küche, Fernsehcouch alles in einem Raum. Wen das nicht stört, hat hier einen super Aufenthalt.

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in geräumiger Unterkunft.
Pros:

Sehr geräumige und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Check In problemlos ohne Mitarbeiterkontakt. Insgesamt sehr sauber. Kaffee und Tee vorhanden. Der Stadtteil Karlin ist sehr angenehm. Viele gute Restaurants um’s Eck.

Cons:

Leider ist die Bezahlung der City-Tax nur bar und passend möglich. Fön extrem schwach. Von der Dunstabzugshaube ging immer wieder ein unangenehmer Frittiergeruch aus, als wäre eine Lüftung an.

Great location but the bed was horrendous
Pros:

The space was great and in a very central location. It had a properly fitted kitchen unit and lots of storage space.

Cons:

The room was extremely hot, despite us turning off all radiators and opening the windows for hours on end (late March stay, it was just above zero degrees). By far the worst part was the bed. The old and/or cheap mattress had two distinct dents that were incredibly uncomfortable. I tried sleeping in the middle, between the two dents, but I still awoke with agonising back pain. There were only two tiny pillows for two people. The bathroom also got very hot because there was no proper ventilation and no window. We also got two communications while there (didn't meet anyone in person): First email asking us for the city tax in cash in a currency we didn't have, which meant we had take out cash and pay ATM fees etc. when most places offer card payments. The second email asking us if by any chance we'd like to check out earlier than the 11am checkout time.

Most cleverly configured small budget apartment
Pros:

Great location close to the metro/trams/supermarkets on a quiet street. Walking distance to the old center but far enough from all those crowds. Clean and efficient. Everything is new. Reactions for our online messages were quick and helpful.

It's probably the most cleverly configured small budget apartment I ever saw. It feels not tiny, but ... well. budget. It has all the necessary features, including elevator and laundry room in the basement (coin-operated). But most pleasant were many details showing that the owner company is not concerned on squeezing every square inch and every penny out of you, but to give you a comfortable apartment to live in. Just a few details which clearly demonstrate that attitude:
-embedded door mat at the entrance (inside)
-roll of garbage bags, not just a couple
-full stack of toilet paper rolls, again not just one to start
-real walk-in closet with light switch and dress bar
-few extra lamps around
-wifi credentials in clear view right by the router
-show horn (!)
-three large mirrors (bathroom, corridor, room)
-5-shelf stand in the bathroom to keep your stuff on (invaluable!)
-well-equipped kitchen for longer stays (we had 8 nights)

Frequent travelers like us notice all those details right away, and we certainly appreciate the difference they create. Thank you, guys.
(For future renters: ask to not to put you into 1st floor apartment close to entrance: the door booms like a cannon. We got lucky with our 3rd floor apartment and absolute quiet. Those old heavy walls do that for you)

Cons:

Minor stuff like
1. Four teaspoons is not enough. Adding a couple would certainly help. Maybe a couple more glasses, too.
2. We asked for 1 hour late checkout - just one hour via rearranging the cleaning sequence! - but got negative response. Yes, the management was in it's right, and was under no obligation, but still...

Pros:

Moc pěkný apartmán, trochu tmavý pro výhled do dvora, ale zařízení a vše potřebné to úplně vyvážilo. Líbilo se nám, že pro vstup do budovy i do apartmánu jsme dostali čipy, jednoduché přiložení otevře dveře a nemusí se pracně navolit kód. Apartmán čistý , pohodlná postel, dostatečné úložné prostory. Rádi bychom si příště zvolili toto ubytování v Praze.

Cons:

Pro mně zdlouhavé a dost obtížné vyplňování dotazníku z osobními údaji všech hostů.

Napewno tutaj wrócę.
Pros:

Hotel znajduje sie 20 minut spacerkiem od Rynku Głównego. W pobliżu znajdują się przystanki autobusowe, metro i Lidl. Pokój czysty ze wszystkimi potrzebnymi udogodnieniami. Polecam!
