Nice view but feels like a bit office
Pros:

The view from the huge window was great. Location is great too. Check-in and check-out process simple and quick. Also there was real quiet in this location.

Cons:

Bedding wasn’t comfortable. The mattress was too hard for our taste so we spent nights on a sofa instead of bed. Pillows were not comfortable too. Kitchen utensils were old and should be replaced long time ago. The place overall a bit not homely, there is no wardrobe for instance.

The hotel is located very close, within walking distance from the central bus station, which was very important for us.

Check-in is fully contactless, with no need to collect keys at the reception — everything is done online. This is very convenient, especially for introverts like us.

The apartment has everything you need: a refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, stove, TV, and a nice modern design.

Cons:

As for drawbacks: we did not notice an air conditioner, so it might be hot during the summer. The electric stove was not working. In addition, the price on the website did not include the tourist tax, which had to be paid separately in cash in an envelope.

Pros:

We booked an apartment with a balcony. The balcony overlooked the inner courtyard and a church. The sunlight was really lovely. The apartment was clean, bright, and stylish. The shower was amazing, and the bed was super comfortable. We’ll definitely come back again.

Wonderful Central Place to check out the amazing City of Prague. For Singles/Couples, its 10/10
Pros:

Wunderbares ruhiges Appartment wie beschrieben, klein aber gemütlich. PErfekt für jeden der nur mal kurz in der Wohnung bleiben will um gleich wieder die Stadt zu erkunden. Gibt auch eine kleine Küche falls man doch mal innen essen möchte. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Beautiful little Appartment as described. Perfect if u wanna chill just before heading out into Prague again. Has a Functional Kitchen, Bath and everything else works fine aswell. Can only Recommend

Cons:

Kleinste Schäden im Zimmer sind erkennbar, aber auch nicht der Rede wert. Langschläfer könnten von den Reinigungskräften auf der Ebene geweckt werden :)

Small Damages in the Room, but not really relevant. Longsleepers might get woken up by the Cleaning People that care of the Rooms on ur Floor. But for me it was fine aswell

Excelente relação qualidade-preço.
Pros:

As condições eram exatamente o que tinha sido proposto. Local com grande sensação de segurança, muito sossegado e com excelente localização. Acessivel, a pé, do centro histórico, mas também bem servido de transportes.
Estúdio com aspeto moderno e com equipamento necessário.
Resumindo, uma boa opção que proporcionou uma semana bem passada.
A repetir.

Nada de particular.
um detalhe apenas, e de pormenor: algumas almofadas adicionais diferenciadas seria bom.

Príjemný personál, ktorý nám bol ochotný pomôcť pri ubytovaní. Pohodlie a čistota na izbe v pomerne tichom prostredí. Pomer cena kvalita bol veľmi adekvátny priam skvelý.

Все было очень хорошо. Локация не прям в центре но до центра легко можно добраться на трамвае или на метро. К метро примерно 10-15 минут идти. До Староместской площади примерно пол часа пешком. Заселение-выселение без персонала было в первый раз но прошло без проблем

Cons:

Может единственное что не парковки хотя можно поставить на улице платно. Хотелось бы ближе к центру, но это если придираться.

Clean, comfortable and worth the money.
Pros:

We were really happy with our accommodation.... Perfect location, clean, comfortable beds and plenty of room for myself, partner and daughter.
Nice huge balcony which came in use a lot as it was such nice weather. Would definitely recommend and would come back.
Lots of restaurants, shops, supermarkets a few minutes walk away, and around 15-20 minutes depending on how quick you walk to the old town.
The photos are correct.

Cons:

There wasn't really anything to complain about to be honest.

Cons:

Es gibt zusätzliche Gebühren, das Residence wird Nachrichten senden, um Touristen einzuschüchtern, was die Konsequenzen sein werden, wenn sie das Geld nicht bezahlen. Die Steuern werden willkürlich erhoben, bitte überprüfen Sie vor dem Check-in, ob Sie zur steuerfreien Gruppe gehören. Der Kühlschrank ist nachts extrem laut, eben auf der niedrigsten Stufe. Die Unterkunft war sehr spartanisch; während meines dreitägigen Aufenthalts wurde mir niemal eine Flasche Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt. Erstmal so eine Unterkunft getroffen habe :(
