It was an okay stay.
Pros:

It’s in a quiet neighborhood.

Cons:

On weekends they had parties that go up to midnight. Some of the front desk employees could be a bit more friendly and knowledgeable about the neighborhood of the hotel.

I am very satisfied with my stay here and I will recommended this place to others!
Pros:

The breakfast had a big selection and was very tasty. Everyone loved the fish with the peppers. I also enjoyed the fresh juices and chamomile tea. The hotel is beautiful and has inspiring art pieces and decor all around. I only stayed one night but it was left a good impression.

Cons:

The beds gave me a comfortable sleep but some people in my group prefer firmer mattresses. Also, giving notice at check-in that some doors do not slam lock, you have to pull it shut, because you could walk away thinking it is closed.

The Athena hotel is beautiful, all the staff are friendly and provide great customer service.
Pros:

I recently had a wonderful stay at the Athena Hotel.

Luxury beyond the walls
Pros:

Was great. Neat rooms , quiet luxury , and great food . The staff were responsive and attentive.
The location was accessible within the CBD and the for that level of service , the value derived for the amount was off the charts. Amenities served the purpose and the they were easily available and functional

Pros:

Athena is a little gem hidden in the quiet Bugulobi suburb area. The facilities are superb for such a smaller size hotel, with plenty of light in the spacious bedrooms which are relatively soundproofed (ie. could not hear the music coming from the pool terrasse area during an evening event) and with new installations (shower, AC etc, everything worked perfectly). Each floor has a spacious, nicely decorated lobby, and the restaurant (both indoors and outdoors by the swimming pool) is very comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, we were very grateful for the care and assistance provided for a sick colleague. Kampala Market Village Mall is walking distance (10 min walk) providing access to nice small restaurants/coffee places.

I definitely recommend

Cons:

The shuttle driver apparently was not informed in time by the booking company and showed up 40 min later than expected...Luckily, we had built it extra time to account for Kampala traffic to reach back to the airport.

It was a great stay, a clean, problem free hotel is always best when you are travelling.
Pros:

The staff made the breakfast experience great; the selection was not so wide, but it was adequate. The bathroom was sizeable and clean; the check-in staff were also super helpful. It was a stress-free hotel that was located close to the venue where we were having a family gathering. All in all a very clean, problem free stay.

Cons:

It was approximately 95 dollars a night; I think it could have been less costly. I am not sure about bringing my children; I didn't see child-friendly spaces.

Breakfast was good with room for more offerings such as pastries and an eggs station.

Location was perfect for the reason for my travel and the staff were very friendly & helpful.

Cons:

The gym was not properly equipped and suited for travellers who do not need to use it or the swimming pool.

The hotel has an opportunity to offer more pastries and an eggs station for the breakfast offering.

Pros:

Les chambres sont Luxieuxes , très bien decorées. Le personnel est sourient et toujours prêt à aider. J'avais plus de cash, ils m'ont prêté du cash pour payé le taxi. Le petit dejeuné est varié. Les plats au resto sont appétissants. L'hotel est bien localisé tout prêt des bars club et restaurant. La vue est très jolie. Internet 10/10. Je n'hésiterai à y retourner.

Cons:

La salle de sport est trop petite, pas trop d'equipment.
