The WC seat cover keeps falling at your back as it was loose.

Very nice facility, with pool football and padeltennis. clean rooms and nice staff. I can only recommend.

Good value for money stay
Pros:

Spacious Rooms, had a good feeling overall, pool, gym. Lots of shops nearby.

Cons:

Key kept failing, had to go down a few times. Did not provide an iron in the room you have to pay even if you want to just unwrinkle a shirt after travel, something that takes 30 seconds.

Pros:

Sherif is nice to the customer and quite friendly, you can choose. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff here are really good, you will have a good experience.

Enjoyable stay, would recommend for someone looking for an affordable stay in a clean hotel.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The restaurant staff for breakfast were all extremely professional and respectful.

WIFI was good and available throughout the property. Only slight problem was having to reconnect every few hours.

Heated swimming pool was great and spent my early mornings having a swim. The gym is surprisingly well equipped for a hotel of this standard, and I did use it a few times in the evening.

There were only two options for breakfast: local or continental. But the portions were huge - could easily feed 3 people, and they had no problem in packing it for takeway.

Rooms and bathroom were clean and comfortable.

All in all, by UK standards this is a very good 3* hotel.

Cons:

I had read a few negative reviews before booking but tbh they did not reflect my experience at all. The only negative is that Cairo is a 24/7 city and you can hear the traffic in your room as windows are not double glazed. But this is a problem for almost all hotels in the city.

Cheap stay, Close to clients
Pros:

The rooms are big and clean. Yet old.

Cons:

Wedding parties every night till 11 pm. The Wifi is not stable and no lights in the room for working. Breakfast was neither standard, Not Egyptian nor European.
