Неоднозначное бронирование
Pros:

Бронировал через Hotels.com с условием оплаты в отеле.
Деньги с карты сняли в 18 часов. При заезде в отель в 22 часа квитанции естественно Погости выдать не может и на сайте Hotels.com ее нет. Разбираюсь 3-й день.
В остальном претензий нет.

Pros:

The check-in was a nightmare. I couldn't find the entrance and the taxi cannot go to the front of the door, there is a big sign on a building but under it there are just banks, after 20 min walking under the snow and going around the building, finally found a small door with small sign with all other businesses in the same building. Then there is no elevator and you have to take everything up 3 floors where the hotel is located. I called the hotel to help me find the location but they couldn't speak English. Once I was in the hotel condition was good, rooms are ok, big clean jaccuzi was a plus, One of the receptionist could speak little English so I could get away with questions but other days only the cleaning lady could speak english, overall the room was comfortable bed ok, the duvet was in the closet and the duvet cover was on the bed so I had to put it inside the cover myself. I booked to be close to an event which turned out to be in another location. Smoke smell one of the days in the hallway. No restaurant in the hotel, some water and snacks are available for purchase at reasonable price, management seemed to care about guests comfort so overall not considering the check-in it was ok. I wasn't allowed late check-out.

Отель в принципе понравился. Очень удобное расположение относительно арбитражного суда и станции метро. Но отношение администратора просто убило наповал. 7 часов утра. Взяли талончики на завтрак, нам объяснили что идти надо через улицу. Мы соответственно одеваемся и идем завтракать. Там оказывается закрыто. Возвращаемся в отель и тут администратор говорит, что завтрак собственно с 8!!! А раньше, когда мы собирались идти, нельзя было это озвучить??? Ни извинений ни даже сожаления в голосе не прозвучало. Делаем попытку позавтракать в 8.15. Также закрыто все. Просим вернуть деньги за завтрак чтобы позавтракать в другом месте, на что слышим, что возврат не возможен в связи с тем что попал в отчет.. в обшем кушали за свои деньги. В номере, кстати, абсолютно не шумно, учитывая трассу под окном. Так что рекомендуем провести беседу с персоналом!
