Pros:

«Отель» это конечно громкое название для данного места)
Это большой частный дом с сауной, небольшим бассейном и гостевыми комнатами с общей кухней на одном этажп. Описанию, конечно, не соотвествует... про звукоизоляцию вообще смешно, стены картонные.
Как сауна, возможно, и хороший вариант, по-крайней мере посетителям судя по звукам там весело, это веселье продолжается нон-стоп, втч ночью.
Сама комната в бабушкином стиле, сантехника подубитая, в комнате не убираются. Завтрак в том же духе: тарелка с 1 сосиской, макаронами и яичницей))
Из неоспоримых плюсов: хороший вай-фай и вкусный кофе из машины.
Вообщем, любителям саун должно понравится
