Terrible Management

I disliked a lot of things about this hotel, its staff and management.

I have traveled for 25 years and stayed in many different places. Hotel Casa Malibu has been the WORST by far. From communication to comfort and cleaning, this place is terrible. I stayed with my 10 month-old daughter, and this place was a nightmare. Communication is via WhatsApp with someone who never identified themselves. Sometimes, with AI voice messages.
They assigned a very tiny room at first with a metal roof and a broken wall fan. As a result, the temperature was unbearable. My daughter couldn't sleep at all. I asked them to please assign a bigger room, and they did. However, this one was also hot and dirty.
They changed the bed and two towels ONLY ONCE in 9 days. In fact, they did it only because I requested the third day. I asked for more towels, but they refused.
I asked them several times for relocation, but they argued that they didn't have any available, even though I shared a screenshot from booking proving that there were other rooms.
THEY WORST EXPERIENCE was when they "cleaned" the room, THEY APPLIED AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF HYPOCLORIDE SOLUTION in the shower floor. THE LEVEL OF THIS SOLUTION WAS TOXIC AT THE POINT THE MY 10 month-old daughter GOT SICK.
I reported via WhatsApp, and someone just replied, " I'LL TAKE NOTE OF THESE OBSERVATION."
I'm seriously considering suing the administration of this hotel for negligence and the harm caused by using toxic solutions.
Looking for a different hotel was very challenging since I was with my daughter, and the hotel refused to refund.

Breve pero buena
