Fantastisch en de host is geweldig!
Pros:

Ontbijt was heerlijk, het hotel is centraal gelegen, het is zeer modern en van alle gemakken voorzien De host is fantastisch we voelden ons meteen thuis we hebben genoten van ons korte verblijf.
De spa is ook een aanrader om te doen.

Great experience would stay again!
Pros:

Such an amazing stay. The room was fantastic, and the staff couldn’t have been better. Aurora was hands down the BEST, so friendly, helpful, and made everything feel effortless. She really made the experience memorable.

bella struttura nel centro di Olbia
Pros:

Ottima camera in posizione centralisssima a Olbia. La colazione servita mi è sembrata una buona idea, ma il cornetto che mi hanno servito, riscaldato nel forno a microonde, era immangiabile.

Cons:

La comunicazione con la struttura è un disastro. Ho chiamato in struttura al''arrivo perchè ho trovato chiuso e non risponde nessuno. Una voce diceva che avrei ricevuto un messaggio di Whatsapp, ma il messaggio è arrivato la mattina dopo. Anche per ottenere una fattura per il soggiorno, un incubo. Alla reception non se ne occupano minimamente. Devi mandare un'e-mail, che poi viene inoltrata a un ufficio, dicevano, e ho dovuto sollecitare più volte il riscontro.

Pros:

Gostamos muito da localização, bem no centro histórico charmoso de Ólbia e facilidade e ir tanto para o norte como sul da ilha. Além disso, o hotel é bem moderno e a cama excelente.

Cons:

Óbvio, do café da manhã. Porém, já era previsto, pois a cultura do café da manhã na Itália é bem diferente da do Brasil e não podemos comparar.

Ši viešnagė man buvo pati gražiausia gimtadienio dovana. Kartais vietas prisimename ne tik dėl kambarių ar aplinkos, bet dėl žmonių – ir ši vieta man būtent tokia :)

Nuoširdus ir didelis ačiū Aušrai. Jūs buvote pati smagiausia ir šilčiausia pažintis šios kelionės metu. Jūsų nuoširdumas, dėmesys ir gera energija sukūrė ypatingą nuotaiką, kuri šią viešnagę pavertė dar labiau įsimintina.

Išvykstu su labai šiltais prisiminimais ir tikrai norėčiau čia sugrįžti dar kartą. Iki kitų susitikimų :)

Pros:

Kleinschalig hotel, prima locatie heel aardig behulpzaam personeel. Prima ontbijt.

Cons:

Misschien ook een kamer met twee aparte bedden ipv één groot bed. Maar was verder geen probleem.

Nice hotel, unpleasant hotel manager

Nice hotel, central location, spacious room, very clean, good breakfast

Cons:

I was unable to confirm my arrival time via what’s up. However, I tried to call. Unfortunately a call centre, not the hotel, answered and did not convey my arrival time to the hotel. The hotel manager waited all afternoon for my arrival (check-in between 15.00 and 19.00). Rather unfortunate, but not my fault. Ultimately, the hotel manager was quite unpleasant. This is the reason for my score. Anything can happen and a hotel manager is supposed to wait for guests to arrive. She did not even say “goodbye”: she was extremely busy with her mobile phone. As a suggestion to the hotel management: Sardinians are known to be very welcoming. Thus, hire the locals (!)

Nice location, good breakfast, spacious and very clean room

Cons:

The hotel manager was unpleasant. She did not even say goodbye when we left.
We believe she was upset as we could not communicate our arrival time. We tried to call but we could speak just with a call centre which did not pass the message of our arrival time. Tip for hotel management: Sardinian people are well known for being very welcoming. Thus, either hire the locals or teach good manners to your staff
