Pros:

Zentrale Lage des Hotels, sehr gute Ausstattung des Zimmers.

Cons:

Die "schalldichten" Fenster konnten nachts leider nicht die überlaute Musik der gegenüberliegenden Bar auf ein erträgliches Mass reduzieren.

Very nice overall
Pros:

Very clean and well apportioned. Great location

Cons:

The stairs are difficult to gauge/see at the corner/turn (like an optical illusion). Almost fell. The elevator is very very slow. The door swung out instead of in (fine but odd and confusing at first). Directions to the place were horrible and then I was blamed upon arrival.

Pros:

Location : 10 min from historic city & sea front is a very good compromise .Great breakfast.Confortable room. Parking not available at my arrival but no issue to park on the street at it was not peak season anymore.

Boutique bijou jewel in the beating heart of central Olbia
Pros:

Love its stylish public space and great room too. Perfectly situated overlooking Olbia central square. Yes sometimes the square can be a little bit noisy on some evenings with bars activity but don’t let this stop you booking as the double glazed windows do an excellent job quietening the bedroom. I certainly had no problem sleeping. Also the location is only a few minutes walk from the excellent Olbia bus system. €1 for 90 minutes travel with tickets and routes all easily calculated within the ASPO app. Don’t pay the massive taxi fare fees when you can travel easily and cheaply to/from the airport, to the beach or anywhere with complete ease.

Le matelas mou une catastrophe...
Et le bruit du bar en dessous !! Musique et cris jusqu'à 4h00 du matin !!
Cest vraiment dommage pour cet hôtel magnifique.

Giampaolo est un hôte super sympathique et gentil. L'emplacement est plus que parfait. Tout se fait à pied. Le stationnement est privé, sécurisé et très facile d'accès.

Sehr zu empfehlen, wir würden sicher wiederkommen.
Pros:

Sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Zudem zentral gelegen.
Das Check-in hat super funktioniert über whats app, obwohl die Leiterin krank im Bett lag.

Cons:

Alles toll, wir können höchstens das helle Licht des Beleuchtungssystems in der Nacht erwähnen.

Hübsches Hotel, sehr hilfsbereites Personal
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral und praktisch. Die Hotelmitarbeiterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert. Als wir sehr früh vom Hafen aus ankamen, konnten wir problemlos unser Gepäck abstellen und dann sogar 2,5 Stunden früher auf unser Zimmer (ohne Aufpreis). Als am Abreisetag kein Taxi zu bekommen war, hat uns die Mitarbeiterin kurzerhand selbst zum Flughafen gefahren. Zudem war das Frühstück sehr lecker!

Cons:

Nicht gefallen ist zu stark, aber wir fanden amüsant, dass die Einrichtung der Zimmer sehr hübsch, aber teilweise unpraktisch war. Beispielsweise gab es kaum Möglichkeiten, seine Handtücher im Bad zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Oder es gab eine schöne Schrankwand mit Glastüren, die also das Chaos dahinter nicht verdeckten und die äußeren Türen verhakten sich ständig. Schade war auch, dass es zwar einen Balkon gab, aber keine Balkonstühle, obwohl die Aussicht auf den Platz wirklich schön war.

Alojamento confortável e eficiente
Pros:

A localização do alojamento era excelente, com a vantagem de ter a possibilidade de estacionamento do carro muito próximo do hotel (custo extra, mas indispensável em Olbia).
Gostei da atmosfera do espaço, quartos funcionais e bem arrumados e limpos.
A responsável do espaço era muito atenciosa, disponível e tinha uma clara preocupação com o bem estar dos hóspedes.

Cons:

Não tenho nada a apontar de negativo. Deixo a nota que o pequeno-almoço é simples, mas completo. Tem a possibilidade de pedirmos ovos, tostas e bebidas quentes - é tudo preparado no momento.

La décoration est belle, mais au vu du prix de la nuitée, je m’attends à une chambre saine avant d’être belle. L’humidité a tout mangé, les draps étaient également humide…
Première fois que je vivais un accueil aussi froid également.
