Un séjour de rêve au Jewel
Pros:

L'hôtel est magnifique, le cadre est romantique le soir. La literie est confortable! La piscine est agréable, pouvoir se détendre après nos visites est un réel atout. Le personnel quand à lui est ce qui ajoutes énormément de valeur a cet hôtel. Ils sont gentil, attentionné, aux petits soins. Je n'avais pas envie de partir, je m'y sentais tellement bien, comme a la maison.Bravo a toute l'équipe du Jewel qui nous a fait passer 4 magnifiques journées.

Jewel Howard Carter Hotel は本当に最高でした。清潔な部屋、親切なスタッフ、美味しいオーガニック料理、ナイル川が見えるプールやジャグジーで心からリラックスできました。ぜひおすすめです。
Pros:

ここのホテルは本当におすすめです。三つ星ホテルだと思って、正直あまり期待せずに行ったのですが、良い意味で完全に裏切られました。部屋はとても清潔で、スタッフの皆さんも親切でフレンドリー。とても三つ星ホテルとは思えないクオリティです。

到着した瞬間にオーナーの方が自ら挨拶をして出迎えてくれ、ホテル前にある畑まで案内してくれました。すべてオーガニックで、朝食に使われている野菜やフルーツも、ここで採れた新鮮なものだそうです。

朝食付きでホテルを予約しましたが、どれもとても美味しく、特に新鮮なマンゴージュースとファラフェルがお気に入りでした。

ホテルの下の階には Ahllan Restaurant があり、ランチとディナーをそこでいただきましたが、どちらもとても美味しかったです。レストランの食材もホテルの畑で育てたものを使っていて、普段あまり野菜を食べない私でも本当に美味しく感じ、二日連続で利用しました。

プールとジャグジーもあり、とても綺麗で、ナイル川を眺めながらリラックスできます。ホテルマネージャーのサヒートさんはとても面倒見がよく、ジャグジーの準備をしてくれたり、会うたびに声をかけてくれました。タクシーが不安だと話したところ、手頃な価格でプライベートドライバーまで手配してくれて、感謝しかありません。

ルクソール市内中心ではありませんが、とても静かで、観光地にも近く、タクシーも呼びやすい立地です。清掃員のお兄さんから小さなお花をくれたりそういった些細なこともとても嬉しかったです。どのスタッフも優しく、アットホームな雰囲気が最高でした。友達や家族にもぜひおすすめしたいですし、また必ず戻ってきたいホテルです。

Cons:

ご飯も美味しく、スタッフの皆さんもとても優しく、欠点を探そうと思っても見つからないほど素敵な場所でした。

Hôtel très beau. Belle piscine. Belle vue. Personnel exceptionnellement gentil. Vérifiez bien les chambres. La nôtre était prévue de 27 m2 mais la salle de bain en prenait la moitié ! Vue latérale que le Nil seulement Petit déjeuner copieux. Le restaurant est un peu cher, il y a mieux aux alentours ( queen house...). Fuyez les transports proposés par l'hôtel, ils sont hors de prix

Cons:

Beds were a little uncomfortable and dinner was a bit disappointing, considering all the positive reviews but maybe we just got unlucky. Not the hotels fault at all, but be aware of location...we got the ferry across to the east bank and on returning at 7pm struggled to get a tuk tuk/taxi back to the hotel so best to plan ahead.

We had pleasant stay in this nice and well maintained hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice and clean, and it was cleaned on daily basis. Food was amazing both in flavour and presentation.

This is a hotel with peaceful atmosphere far enough from the hassle and traffic noise of Luxor centrum. Location is great for sightseeing, especially on the west bank. Helpful staff arranged our transport for archaelogical sites with transparent pricing and flexibility. Our driver was kind, reliable and flexible as well.

Based on our experience we can warmly recommend this hotel.

Good but could be better
Pros:

1. The Staff was very helpful and super kind.
2. The food was good and the Hotel building is nice.
3. We had free Parking space for our Car.
4. Good view of the Nile from our Rooms.

Cons:

1. The Hotel was very hard to reach with our own car, the hotel is not located on a main street so as we were arriving at night, we missed the only directional board out there that shows which street to go through. Specially with these side streets having no street lights, it was a bit Scary at our 1st arrival.

2. Everytime going back to the Hotel after midnight we are surprised that we have no water in the Bathroom. Even after telling the Staff to fix the Water Motor pumping system, 5 mins later, no Water. Specially that my Suit was on the 3rd Floor, so apparently when the water motor pump is not running then no water reaches the the Bathroom. It was bad trying to quickly take a shower and the water cuts again with Soap on the face.

Very friendly staff and delicious breakfast
Pros:

The hotel staff, especially the manager Saeed, were all spectacular. Efficient and friendly.
The breakfast is tasty and always served with a smile. The Chef also greets his patrons.

Cons:

Very poor lighting in my room and bathroom. Even with a few new bulbs, it's very deficient. Can't read at night. Difficult to put in or take off contact lenses in bathroom because of poor lighting.
