Magnifique have de paix et personnel aux petits soins
Pros:

Le lieu, un véritable havre de paix avec sa piscine et son jardin. Les chambres rendent bien mieux qu'en photo!

Le personnel est très serviable et nous a aidé pour le taxi. Nous avons pu également faire le check-in tôt

Le restaurant de l'hôtel, bien que cher, est très bon et le personnel très serviable.

Cons:

Le lieu est un peu excentré et il faudra forcément un taxi pour rejoindre le ferry ou le centre ville. Cependant si vous avez prévu des excursions, c'est à proximité (en voiture) de la vallée des rois etc...

Même après signalement, nous avons eu quelques problèmes d'eau chaude

Pros:

The Jewel Howard Carter Hotel was the perfect choice for our last 3 days in Egypt. It is comfortable, clean, and had great facilities, including a restaurant that features organic, freshly picked vegetables from their garden. But the staff are the heart of the place. Always willing to help, answer questions, share a smile, a laugh, and a story. Truly a jewel on the west bank of the Nile. West is best!

Not bad but not as good as I was hoping for
Pros:

Impressive on first sight. Good location with ready means of transport. Pleasant outdoor area and swimming pool, looking down to the Nile. Most staff attentive, warm and efficient. Breakfast offered lots of small plates with a mixture of Egyptian foods, pastries, and fresh fruit juices. Very good housekeeping each day.

Cons:

The superior suite I booked was a disappointment. Located in a non-descript building away from the main hotel. The picture on Booking.com gives an inaccurate view of the room's size and shape. In fact, there is only a narrow space between the end of the bed and the furniture on the opposite wall. The make-shift four posts and bed canopy only add to the constricted feeling. Poor value. You'd be better opting for an alternative.

Much of the cooked food at breakfast appeared to have been prepared earlier. Tiny croissants were tasteless.

The dinner was OK but nothing remarkable. It turned out to overpriced compared with better alternative restaurants in the area.

Gemütliches Hotel in ruhiger, ländlicher Lage mit gutem Restaurant und sehr freundlichem Personal. Um die Ecke gibt es einen Fahrradverleih, so kommt man entspannt zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Peaceful and enjoyable stay
Pros:

Great location and very peaceful. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. There are also good restaurants nearby, and the hotel restaurant is a convenient option if you prefer not to go out. I booked tours through the hotel and had a very good experience. Ahmed was very knowledgeable, and I ended up booking three tours with him. Nehal and Khalid were also very helpful and friendly. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend

The location is excellent, offering a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of central Luxor. Additionally, the excursion to the Valley of the Kings, organized by the hotel with a private vehicle and guide, was a highlight of the trip. The tour was perfectly planned, and the guide was highly knowledgeable, providing clear and insightful information. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Luxor.

Fabulous stay with wonderful people
My stay at JHC was 10 out of 10 and beyond. Wonderful people from the staff surround you and are always available to increase your comfort during the stay and help with anything. Any issue is promptly resolved immediately, with utmost care and regular follow-ups to make sure everything meets one’s expectations. Customer satisfaction is taken very seriously. Great restaurant with vegetables grown in own garden right next to the hotel. The vibe of the place is very relaxed, and it almost feels like being host of a family than being in a hotel. Lovely swimming pool to chill at. Thank you for everything!

Amazing experience
Pros:

Its such a lovely peaceful hotel on the west of Luxor amongst farm lands. The service and food is exceptional. Its close to all temples on the west Bank. Id highly recommend.

Cons:

Just our 1 mattress needed replacement. Otherwise the decor and furniture is great

An oasis in the oasis
Pros:

Amazing place with a very kind staff, a beautiful garden and pool. They helped us with private cars for enjoyung the best of Luxor without stress.
Most of the food served comes from the garden, making a even more wonderful experience.

Great value for money in fab hotel
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, incredibly friendly staff. Room was lovely with good shower/en suite. Enjoyed a dip in the pool after a long hot day of walking around temples. Fresh fruit/vegetables from their own garden.

Cons:

Smaller village on West Bank so everything really requires a taxi/bike
