Die Zimmer mit der Einbauküche, alles sehr geräumig. Der Parkplatz samt tollem Service.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum war viel zu klein, wenig Auswahl beim Frühstück und an 9 Uhr hat es nichts mehr gegeben.
Die Lage war grundsätzlich gut, leider sehr viele Süchtige rund um das Hotel. Abends nicht so super

Good location. Quiet and relatively easy to go to the Airport, town, etc..
Pros:

The location was good. Quiet, but not too far from the center of Boston. Avoidable for trafic. The Indian restaurant near the hotel was good and the other one which was Chinese was also good.

Close to bus so getting to Downtown Boston was easy.
The room was a good size and clean and had everything we needed.

Cons:

On arrival the ‘server’ was down.
During the stay, the ‘server’ appeared to be down quite a lot.
On the first day, the cover on the key card outside the door disappeared.

Great customer service
Pros:

I had booked a stay while attending a conference in downtown Boston and wanted to walk back and forth several times a day. I didn't realize that it ended up being a 30 min walk and I was able to find a hotel much closer at the last minute. Elizabeth, who was working at the desk was super kind and canceled my reservation without a charge. She also offered me water after a hot walk and I really appreciated her attentiveness and care.

Never again at this location.
Pros:

This is a new property, and as such, it was like all the Residence Inns I have stayed at.

Cons:

The reason for my low score is that the so-called breakfast was not up to par, and the breakfast staff was nowhere to be seen. I asked for a discount on my bill, and the lady at the desk barked at me. At this location, there are no breakfast options within walking distance. Keep that in mind if you are considering this property.
