Me costo dormir ya q la funda de la almohada se salía mucho debido a q la almohada era de funda plástica, la cortina del cuarto debería ser más tapa luz ya que el cuarto queda claro hasta las 12 que apagaron la. Luz del pasillo y para mi es difícil dormir con claridad, del resto es Perfecto en relación precio , para pasar la noche en tránsito muy bueno
En general tienen buenas instalaciones, cómodas, limpias.

Buen hotel súper céntrico
La atención fue buena, a pesar de la temporada en la que nos hospedamos que había mucha gente en Cucuta., EXCELENTE la atención del chico del Restaurante., muy agradable.
En primer lugar el precio se incrementó por que según ellos la tarifa cambió y le anexan impuestos es algo ilógico, el baño no tenia ventana cristales rotos

La verdad mala experiencia
Es muy céntrico, aseado, Buena comida, orientan al visitante. Estuvimos un poco restringidas en la comunicación al llegar al establecimiento, teniendo que manifestarle en varias ocasiones lo imperioso de este medio a través de wifi, sin embargo fué resuelto a las horas subsiguientes
The hotel website needs to clarify that reservations need to be made at least 24 hours otherwise it doesn’t show in their computer and they won’t let you stay (even if you show orbitz confirmation email).
The hotel staff was excellent! The rooms were clean and the hotel was ver close to everything!
