Sehr freundliches Personal, das Frühstück wurde als Buffet serviert und Kaffee kommt aus der Espressomaschine. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß (wie eine kleine Wohnung).

Cons:

Beim Frühstück fehlte unserem kleinen Kind etwas wie Pancakes oder ähnliches. Croissants gibt es aber gute! Beim Omlette gab es leider keinen Käse.

Pros:

Freundliches Personal, Service beim Check-In war, wie man es erwarten würde. Auch das Frühstück war ok, es gab viele warme Gerichte, aber halt nichts besonderes für ein fünf Sterne-Haus. Die grundsätzliche Architektur war toll, man sieht, dass sich hier jemand Gedanken gemacht hatte.

Cons:

5* waren es eventuell einmal, sind es aktuell aber bei weitem nicht mehr. Das Zimmer war nicht komplett sauber, Schränke dreckig. Einrichtung in der kleinen Küche und Bad kaputt. Ein Balkon gibt es zwar, der ist aber verschlossen und somit nicht nutzbar, warum nur?? Dafür sind dort zwei Aggregate e Klimaanlagen die nachts laut brummen. Sehr schade.
Auch 300 Bath für den Flughafentransfer sind zu viel.

Pros:

I stayed here for a night in Chaing Mai. The hotel is located in the city center, which makes it very convenient to travel and visit nearby attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more pleasant.

Amazing hotel with apartment rooms
Pros:

Wow this is a such a good hotel and great value! We had a suite which is basically a very nice one-bed apartment, but with housekeeping every day, what a luxury! The staff are very nice and helpful, 5* service. The roof terrace is really nice and the restaurant on the ground floor is one of the best in Chiang Mai anyway. The food there is amazing. The cafe Caramello on the grounds as well is beautiful and very peaceful and overall this is just a great place to stay. It's not in the centre of the city so you need to travel a few minutes in, but it's only 5-10 minutes. I'd definitely recommend this hotel! One of the best value for money hotels I've ever stayed in.

Cons:

Pool is very cold, didn't really use it as a result. Gym is not really a gym, just a couple of cardio machines.
