Stop giving reserved rooms away…

Cons:

Very disappointed. Upon arrival and check-in, the front desk staff-member (the Sales Director) identified the wrong room type to me. I pointed out that this was incorrect and provided the information for my Confirmed reservation. At which point the staff member informed me that they had NO ROOMS of that category left (which was, therefore the actual reason he mis-identified my room in the first place). He offered to check the sister property next door which did not have any availability either. At which point, he blamed me for using a third-party (Booking.com) to make my arrangements— “this is what happens, you should always contact directly…”
There was NO apparent alternative and NO apology. COMFORT SUITES took careful aim, and shot themselves squarely in their foot. Lousy and unacceptable customer service!

Pros:

Be aware: There are two "comfort" hotels next to each other. Be sure you are at the right one. They are literally next door to each other and it's confusing; however, they are working on resolving this issue.

Disappointed
Pros:

It was very clean as usual.

Cons:

I ordered a room with 2 Queen beds in a rollout couch, and I got a king room instead with a rollout couch.\n The problem with that was, it was me and 2 dudes and me, and one of my buddies had to sleep in the same bed. Instead of each having a queen. We talked to the staff about it, but the motel was full.So nothing could be done to fix it.

Pros:

There were a few issues on check in. They were resolved after a few tries .

Cons:

Evidently the hotel was overbooked 22 rooms. I booked back in Jan. We got to the hotel and I received my room keys. We went to the room but the key wouldn't open the door so they changes rooms. We got to that room and the air conditioning wasn't working.We moved one last time The rooms were very nice. Everyone was very friendly.
