Pros:

Be aware: There are two "comfort" hotels next to each other. Be sure you are at the right one. They are literally next door to each other and it's confusing; however, they are working on resolving this issue.

Disappointed
Pros:

It was very clean as usual.

Cons:

I ordered a room with 2 Queen beds in a rollout couch, and I got a king room instead with a rollout couch.\n The problem with that was, it was me and 2 dudes and me, and one of my buddies had to sleep in the same bed. Instead of each having a queen. We talked to the staff about it, but the motel was full.So nothing could be done to fix it.

Pros:

There were a few issues on check in. They were resolved after a few tries .

Cons:

Evidently the hotel was overbooked 22 rooms. I booked back in Jan. We got to the hotel and I received my room keys. We went to the room but the key wouldn't open the door so they changes rooms. We got to that room and the air conditioning wasn't working.We moved one last time The rooms were very nice. Everyone was very friendly.

Pros:

Lady that worked the desk overnight was super friendly and helpful. Room was great in size and space.

Cons:

Checking in the gentleman behind the counter was a little frazzled and frustrated. He was a little short and not very friendly. Breakfast was gone / not much at 7:15 am and it started at 7am. There was no milk for cereal

Awful customer service
Pros:

Hotel canceled on us at check in because they gave our room away to someone else without warning. Let us without anywhere else to stay at 1am when they assured us earlier that day our room would still be available. *went to Columbus for a festival and 100s of people had hotels cancel their booked rooms for new bookings
