Beautiful room and great location, but the overall experience fell short of what we expected
Pros:

A nice, spacious room with elegant decorations, big bed and a great location in the city. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable setting.

Cons:

We were disappointed that there was no parking available, despite it being advertised on Booking.com. The dinner restaurant was also unavailable during our stay, and our bathtub was broken, which was quite inconvenient.

Overall, we expected more from a hotel presented as a “fine” hotel, and unfortunately, the experience did not live up to our expectations.

Das Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage im Herzen der Altstadt. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Hinweis: Keine Parkmöglichkeit am Hotel, deshalb P1 benutzen - nur 200 Meter entfernt.

Nádherný hotel, veľmi čistý, výťah je veľké plus keď ste unavený z chôdze z celého dňa ☺️ krásna veľká kúpeľňa, ocenili sme taktiež hygienické potreby v malom balení (spŕchovy gél, šampón, telový krém). Izba bola krásna, čistá, posteľ pohodlná. Krásny výhľad. Raňajky boli dobré, priebežne ich stále dopĺňali. Veľká spokojnosť, určite sa vrátime 🫶🏼

Tolle Lage !
Gute Nähe zum Schloss und Parkplatz.
Freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer. Lift im historischen Gebäude.

Cons:

Die normalen Zimmer im 3. Stock sehr klein. Wenig Ausstattung. Die höher preisigen Zimmer schöner.
