Mi experiencia fue muy negativa. No aceptan pagos con tarjeta y exigen efectivo, argumentando que tienen problemas con el sistema, lo cual ya representa una gran limitación para el viajero.
Al ingresar a la habitación, las condiciones eran inaceptables: el suelo tenía cabellos, había mal olor y en general no estaba higiénica. Además, no me entregaron toallas, a pesar de solicitarlas varias veces y quedarme esperando.
Ofrecen desayuno de 7 a 8:30 a.m, supongo igual de malo que su personal y instalaciones.
Ante esta situación, decidí retirarme y hospedarme en otro hotel en una zona diferente. Solicité la devolución del dinero por las dos noches pagadas en efectivo, pero se negaron a reembolsarlo.
Considero que sus políticas son pésimas y poco flexibles con el cliente. No ofrecen soluciones ni alternativas adecuadas. Además, el área donde está ubicado se percibe insegura.
No lo recomiendo. 0/10.

La ubicación del hotel, las instalaciones son bonitas, la habitación es cómoda y cuenta con tv y plataformas de streaming y el desayuno completo.

Cons:

Al parecer las habitaciones las limpian con vinagre, porque cuando se entra tiene un olor muy fuerte, el baño no estaba totalmente limpio, sobre todo en el lavamanos y la bañera, pero es aceptable.
