Great friendly service in reception and clean
Pros:

It’s located in an area I like to stay in Chicago, it’s a small hotel with really good value, the best part was the staff in reception are so helpful and nice which I appreciate.

A convenient stay in Chicago
Pros:

Very good location. Clean. Lovely staff who kindly moved us when we asked to move rooms. Very comfy bed and good shower. Ask for a high up room and ideally a room not facing the main highway!

Cons:

We were originally put on the 2nd floor right above the main entrance facing the street and it was extremely loud, we hardly slept at all from the traffic noise. We asked the reception staff if we could move rooms and they kindly obliged and gave us a room on the 14th floor facing the back street - much quieter and blackout blinds!

In front of bus stop so made it difficult for rideshare pick ups. However, they did have a place in the alley.

Excelente opción para conocer la ciudad
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, la habitación es pequeña pero suficiente y bonita. Tuve la suerte de tener vistas a Millennium Park. El personal de recepción fue muy atento.

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitación podría mejorar. El suelo no estaba bien limpio y, tras caminar con calcetines, terminaron negros.
