Great location and even better staff!
Pros:

Staff was very nice! Everything from checking in to checking out was easy! I loved staff checking in during my stay to make sure we didn’t need anything! Location was great and within walking distance to so much! Hotel was clean and love the decor!!

Its an okay place but there are plenty of other options.
Pros:

The staff at Arlo is great. I really appreciate them. The staff was quick to respond when I was having an issue. The location is also perfect.

Cons:

My television had a glitch where it would turn on by itself in the middle of the night. I had a horrible sleep. I managed to change rooms in the morning, but I would have expected some kind of reimbursement or at least a deduction for my stay. When a flight cancellation caused me to stay an extra night in Chicago, I changed hotels and took myself a couple of blocks up to the street to The Pendry, a beautiful hotel. Unfortunately, didn't seem worth risking another sleepless night. On the second night, I was afraid to turn on the TV because I didn't want to risk another sleepless night when I had work in the morning.

Overall was good we enjoyed it. We stayed here several times
Pros:

l love the location we didn’t eat in the hotel at all though, but we were out and about mostly

Cons:

The extra taxes just kill me that just seems over the top and I know that you guys don’t have control over that but we’re coming back down in September and we’re gonna try to stay somewhere else. See if the pricing is a little bit different.

Buena ubicación,limpio, la habitación suficientemente para 2.No se escucha casi el ruido de la avenida. La cafetera, una salvación, aunque tienen restaurante

Great location and thoughtful room details
Pros:

Modern, very clean and I love that the room didn't have carpet. Location was excellent and centrally located. The hotel offers coupons and discounts for the in house restaurant as well as other local spots.

Cons:

I didn't particularly like the in room coffee machine if I had to pick one thing but the next person may love it. It's a modern lil pod machine with the lil espresso type of cups, ceramic nonetheless. I appreciate the addition of raw sugar vs cane sugar!

Love it!
Pros:

Very friendly staff that would love to help. If there is available rooms, you can check in at noon. They have storage lockers for all of your luggage and have a system to track which bags are yours. You personally don't have access to the lockers, only employees. Even after check-out, you can put the your luggage in the lockers. Super clean, rooms are a bit small but doesn't matter if you're in the city all day.
