Very nice but small room. View of the building next door. No view at all.
Pros:

Location and robes in the room. Espresso machine in room was cool.

Cons:

Had to walk 2 blocks with our stuff after parking. Online said valet parking was available.

My stay was actually good until I called about my jewelry and got the run around.
Pros:

The property was nice no complaints about that .

Cons:

The fact that the housekeeper took my jewelry I left by accident . I am from out of town so I couldn’t just go back and grab it .I was getting ready to board the train .

Room was very comfortable
Could benefit from drapes to give a cozier feeling and to block out noise. Carpeting the rooms could also alter the acoustics dramatically.
Staff are amazing

Cons:

Windows could benefit from secondary glazing. We stayed street side and traffic noise was too loud. We stayed the other side and the L was too loud. We've stayed in other properties a few blocks away and had a better street noise experience

Localização e quarto excelente!
Pros:

Quando voltar pra Chicago definitivamente ficarei no Arlo de novo. Localização excelente para turismo, quarto e banheiro de tamanhos excelentes, limpeza ok.
