Great location, view and staff
Pros:

Great location! Get a room with a view of the “Bean”. The staff was great from the front desk, to the bartender at the restaurant, to the cleaning staff, especially Betty who cleaned the gym and elevators who was delightful and the gym was sparkling!

Très bon hôtel.. Chambre agréable et confortable. Très bien situé. Les plus beaux endroits de Chicago sont accessibles à pied depuis l'hôtel.
