Lindos Grand Resort & Spa - Adults only

Very clean and tidy hotel with lovely staff, very helpful. Pool area very clean although unfortunately you have people at 7am laying out towels to reserve beds!
Breakfast was lovely and on the first night we had a great meal in the Italian restaurant.
Areas for improvement, the beach area was not tended and rubbish was left on the beds, to be fair the hotel did send staff down when pointed out to tidy the area, but 2 days later it had not been cleaned again. Although there is 7 restaurants they are all along the same corridor next to each other in rooms that felt extremely sterile with no atmosphere.
Overall a very nice and comfortable hotel.

Grundsätzlich sehr schönes Hotel, tolle Zimmer mit Pool. Allerdings sollte man schon eine WC-Türe erwarten, die sich auch verschließen, bzw. überhaupt arretieren lässt. Die Parkplatzsituation ist sehr schlecht. ca. 60 Plätze für zwei riesige Hotels, von denen noch ca. 30 % die Autovermietung beansprucht. Bleibt dann nur das Parken irgendwo außerhalb mit entsprechendem Fußweg. Völlig überteuert waren die Kosten für das Buffetrestaurant, 40 € p.P. ohne Getränke und dann gibt es Spaghetti Bolognese und Gyros mit Pommes... Wenn man abends nach 20 Uhr dort ankommt, hat man keine Chance auf etwas Anders, vor allem da die Themenrestaurants sich nur nach dem Check-In buchen ließen. Das war unser teuerstes und schlechtestes Essen aller Zeiten. Lob aber an das immer freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal.

The property is quite large and have many blocks to the resort We booked a deluxe sea view room and when we arrived they placed us in the 2200 block at the end and our room was not sea view and facing the white cement block to the road. This was a bit of a disappointment after travelling 23 hours to get there. They did accommodate and moved us to another room higher up and facing sea view the next day.

Upon arrival there is a bottle of wine, fruits and candy.

The pebble beach is an easy access and sectioned off for the resort; loungers were always available. The pool area is gorgeous but does fill up quickly. Abundance of choices for breakfast. Gym facility is pretty weak but has the essentials. The staff are amazing and above and beyond.

It is an eco friendly resort so the AC default setting when you leave the room is 25 degrees and the lowest you can program is 20 degrees…making the room quite warm when it’s 33 degrees outside.

There are only a couple of restaurants walking distance otherwise you’ll need a car or taxi into Lindos Village or to Haraki (small fishing village opposite direction of Lindos Village- small taverns along the boardwalk. Must try Taverna Costas & Elena - family run restaurant).

An incredible amount of ants, several ant trails inside the room, ants in the bed, ants in curtains, ceiling.

Sloppily painted rooms, lamps falling off the walls, toilets running so you can't sleep at night. Electrical problems in the room so the electrician had to come late at night. The display that handles the lamps and AC was broken in the room.

We had to pack up and change rooms a total of 2 times and it was our honeymoon. This trip that was supposed to be the most romantic and wonderful trip of our lives, turned out to be one of the absolute worst trips we've ever taken, I don't recommend this hotel.

The staff are what make this hotel great - the hotel itself is clean and modern and very close to the beach, and had a lovely quiet and serene pool area, but the main quality are the staff who were all extremely polite & professional, but also friendly and personable - they make the hotel somewhere that you want to return to.

The hotel does not reflect a 5 star standard. Building works/finishing detracts from the guest experience, with visible holes in ceilings, exposed wires, poor paintwork, and unfinished plasterboard. A private pool appeared to be green and poorly maintained.

My room had maintenance issues, including a faulty toilet and a bathroom door that didn’t close as the hole was not drilled in for the latch (basic expectation). Cleanliness in communal areas could also be improved — room service trays consistently left in corridors overnight and seemed messy.

Housekeeping staff were friendly. However, restaurant staff were less approachable, often focused solely on tasks and not particularly warm or engaging. A simple greeting or smile was often missing. The hotel manager also came across as distant and unwelcoming, and the general atmosphere among staff seemed tense.

The rooms were soundproof which was great. The beach had comfy beds, however the main pool was super busy with people reserving beds early in the AM, and I even saw guests from other hotels (given away by their towels) use the pool, adding extra congestion, and it wasn't policed by staff.

Not much around the area within walking distance, but if you have a hire car / quad bike you'll be in easy reach of many beaches, restaurants and Lindos Town.

Overall, the hotel has potential, but several aspects fall short of the quality and service expected from a 5 star property.

This is a beautiful, modern hotel, but it does feel a little “style over substance”. The staff were all very friendly, but in terms of the actual service provided it was a bit hit and miss. For example, it took a long time each morning for coffee to be poured and then replenished and plates to be cleared away. Plates put outside a room for collection remained there for over 24 hours on our floor. There is no casual day time pool bar, the nearby champagne bar feels very formal and is lovely in the evening, but In the day feels stiff and inaccessible. In the Italian restaurant, again the staff were very friendly, but service took a long time and when the food finally arrived it was delicious, but not hot all the way through. The restaurant is open plan at the front with a fabulous vista, but was not air conditioned so was uncomfortably hot. We asked for the overhead fans to be turned on, but these were apparently out of order. Prices are also on the steep side, although this is true of Lindos generally. Overall, although we had an enjoyable stay I would not rush back.

Excelente servicio, comida exquisita y a buen precio. Instalaciones de primera. Sin duda volvemos aquí cada vez que vengamos a Rodas.

We were very happy with our stay at Lindos Grand, and would thoroughly recommend.

The hotel was excellent, very modern, well maintained and well located only 10 minutes taxi from Lindos town.

The room was generously sized, comfortable, and well appointed.

The breakfast buffet and food from the pool bar/restaurant were also of good quality, and all the staff we met were courteous and helpful.

The pool was great, as were the spa, gyms and other facilities.
A beach is accessible 5 mins walk away, with day beds for guest, and a nice little bar/cafe nearby.

We felt that there should have been a lot more sunbeds on offer by the pool area given the size of the hotel and amount of guests. Most were taken by people arriving very early in the morning to reserve with towels. The only other option being 5-6 daybeds costing 80 euros each (which did include some snacks/drinks etc), which is a bit greedy given the cost of the accomodation, and not very good PR in our opinion.
Perhaps the hotel could address this, as its not really good enough for a 5 star hotel not to at least provide enough sunbeds for all guests to use/relax.

BUT, that is the ONLY gripe from an otherwise brilliant stay, and we would stay again.

We loved our stay at this hotel, everything was great, the view from the pool area is beautiful and it’s less than a 10 minute taxi ride into Lindos. Fab relaxing holiday location!

What a stunning resort. My husband and I spent our honeymoon there and they put petals on the bed and the floor. The private pool was a major plus but the public pool was breath taking. The customer service is above and beyond. They really do anything to make your stay as relaxed as possible! The food from the restaurants was amazing. Our fav was the Italian one!

Absolutely incredible resort. I’d like to say a HUGE thank you to Maria and Georgia on reception who are truly amazing and were so helpful the entire time. The resort is peaceful, great beach location, amazing food choices and I particularly enjoyed the shisha lounge in the evening.
Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. I will be certainly be returning 🙂
