Black Iris Hotel

Bon rapport qualité prix, l’hôtel est propre avec parking privé, la chambre est propre. Mais ce que j’ai préfèré c’est le professionnalisme du personnel. Le veilleur de nuit du jeudi 10 au vendredi 11 janvier était vraiment le meilleur, très accueillant au téléphone et en vrai. Aussi le petit dejeuner inclu était local et frais et le serveur efficace.

I stayed at the Black Iris for almost one week. The staff is extremely friendly and kind. My room was spacious and clean and included a kettle. Breakfast was good and includes eggs and hot dogs for Protien. The location is great, central and close to the mall, and historical sights are mostly within a 10 minute walk. I would highly recommend Black Iris to any traveller.

The Black Iris is located in a central location in Madaba. We had no expectations but we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel has little curb appeal but inside the hotel was modern and very clean. Our room was a good size with a fridge and large comfortable bed. AC/ heat not an issue. The bathroom was good with a shower that provided plenty of hot water and water pressure. Breakfast was provided and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was off the street in a lot next to the hotel. For the rate charge the Black Iris was a hidden gem.

The restaurant served amazing food for dinner and free breakfast. Just besides is the best mall in town and distance from airport only 20 minutes with no traffic.
They offer free visits to best hotels in Dead See with option to use pool and facilities all day.
Transportation to any destination dependable and price is arranged before without asking extra tips
Attention is great to the point I checked out before breakfast started but they have ready a bag with food for my breakfast…

The hospitality is amazing and the rooms are lovely—modern, clean, comfortable. The food is exceptionally good. Beyond this, what stands out is how warm and caring the owners are.

Very nice hotel. Looks like it was recently built. Room and bathroom super clean. Easy gated parking. The location is also very convenient. Short 5 min walk to restaurants, shops and city attractions. Amazing value for the money.

Super friendly and caring staff

This hotel has 24-hour front desk person and close to the airport. The room has a modern touch , which I really like. Also the breakfast was included and the food was delicious.

Nice stay with friendly staff and good breakfast to visit Madaba

Staffs are helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and looked nice. Location is great and actual parking lot at the back of hotel is the greatest thing they have. Breakfast was good. Wifi was good as well.
Definitely recommend to everyone.

Great location, friendly staff. Only minor complaint was windows were not very soundproof - so pack earplugs unless you plan to respond to ore dawn call to prayers!

De ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en vrolijk. Het hotel ligt op korte loopafstand van de bezienswaardigheden van Madaba en heeft goede parkeergelegenheid.
De vierpersoonskamer was echter een grote teleurstelling. Tenminste de etage waar wij verbleven is echt aan renovatie toe. Het naastgelegen Black Iris 2, waar we een prima ontbijt kregen, oogt veel frisser en moderner.

I have read a lot of good reviews about this hotel and it is true. They only missing two things that I like, coffee maker in the room, instead they have it in basement, and they don’t have swimming pool, but everything else is really good.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, propere kamer en lekker ontbijt. We zijn niet buiten het hotel geweest.
