Great location, clean rooms and quiet. Liked the breakfast with good varieties. Staff was very friendly and supportive.

Staff were very good, breakfast (included in price) was fresh and nicely presented. Great views from the breakfast room. Hotel decorated to a high standard and very clean. Handy for trams.

Cons:

Shower in my room - may not be in every room - was just over the bath and the shower head would not stay in its holder. No shower curtain. Room soaked!
No air con or fan.

blízko centra

Cons:

Všetky izby bez klimatizácie!!! Pri cene 100€/noc ma ani nepadlo pozrieť vybavenie izby...pokladal som to za samozrejmosť. Najviac ma zarazilo, že recepcia (pekná a priestranná) je celá vyklímovaná. Cením si, že majitelia myslia na pracovné podmienky svojich zamestnancov (recepčný/á), ale mohli by myslieť aj na svojich hostí. Ani dva ventilátory a vetračka na 10cm proste nepomôžu...obzvlášť ak je vonku 35°C a z izby sa stal skleník. Vôbec som sa nevyspal.
Prosím dajte si kvôli bezpečnosti prelepiť kachličky v kúpeľni, kým niekomu nespadnú na hlavu, niektoré drží pohromade už len škárovka.

Když vám nejde o luxus, tak se to dá
Pros:

Ochotny pan recepční, poloha hotelu, vana - to bylo pozitivní.

Cons:

Snídaně- okoralá jídla z předešlých dnů byla běžným standardem. Snídaně rozhodně není to, kvůli čemu bych do tohoto hotelu jezdila. Snídaňový personál se nepředřel při úklidu- běžně jsem nacházela nedomyté nádobí. Dále baterie na vodu- zvlášť byla tepla a zvlášť studená - trvalo věčnost než jsem naladila správnou teplotu na kohoutku.

Umístění hotelu, krásný výhled z restaurace v 5. patře

Cons:

Postele - válendy. Stare Nepohodlné. Výhled do dvora. Rezervace na manželskou postel, dostali jsme pokoj s oddelenymi postelemi.

Viešbutis teminis. Labai malonus personalas. Švaru, tvarkinga, jauku. Pro restorano langus matoma Špilberko pilis. Centras netoli. Galima pasivaikščioti palei upę, gražiai sutvarkyta.

Cons:

Mūsų viešnagės metu buvo labai karštas oras. Iki 35 laipsnių šilumos, taigi pasigedau numeryje kondicionieriaus, bent jau ventiliatoriaus. Ir dar dėl parkingo. Viešbučio aprašyme turėtų būti iškart aiškiai parašyta PARKINGAS MOKAMAS. Kadangi tokios informacijos nebuvo, prieš kelias valandas iki atvykimo, gavau žinutę, kad jei naudosiuos parkingu, reikės papildomai mokėti. Buvo nemalonu.
