Не работает вентиляция!
Pros:

Персонал вежливый, отзывчивый, чистота на 4-ку. Главная проблема - Нет работающей вентиляции. Постояльцы в соседних номерах курили, весь дым пришёл к нам в номер, с детьми спать в дыму было ужасно. Открываешь окна - на улице холодно, в номере тоже становится холодно. Всю ночь была борьба с табачным дымом. Ресепшн отказался пройти по номерам проверить кто курит. Нам предложили замену номера, но надо было подождать когда его уберут. Мы хотели изначально, если дела потребуют остаться в Москве на вторую ночь, думали остаться в этой гостинице. Мы сбежали из неё утром. Невозможно находиться в номере из-за отсутствия вентиляции, если бы вытяжка в ванной работала, все было бы хорошо. Завтрак на тройку, есть можно, но экономят сильно на количестве и разнообразии.

Очень хорошее качество за адекватную цену!
Pros:

Был больше недели в командировке. Хороший и качественный номер, чистый и уютный, Мебель в отличном состоянии, Уборка номера каждый день, отличный завтрак- шведский стол, отзывчивый персонал на ресепшене- рекомендую! Молодцы!

Маленький уютный отель
Pros:

Хороший небольшой отель рядом с метро. В номерах чисто, есть чай и кофе, в коридорах кулеры с водой и конфетки. На первом этаже есть кафе, напротив отеля ТЦ. Есть парковка.

Бывшая советская школа или детсад
Pros:

Останавливались проездом в питер семьей с детьми. Неприятно удивило здание в котором расположен Отель - старая советская школа или садик это испортило все впечатление. Внутри вроде норм но в семейном люксе ремонт старый и очень эконом - эконом. Официант лепит клаб сандвич руками без перчаток потом за кассу потом телефон этими же руками
Без головного убора и спец формы
Странно очень.... мне не понравилось
Возможно мои ожидания были не обоснованы но за 7600 с завтраком за 1 ночь на 2 взрослых с маленькими детьми я ждал большего
