Everything they said was a lie. This place is not fit for humans to stay in.
At first, they gave me a room with a terrible smell. The bathroom smelled extremely bad, the door was broken and could not be closed, and everything in the room was in very poor condition. I went to the reception and asked for another room, and they switched me as if they expected me to just accept the situation and stay anyway.
The second room had the same problem. It smelled very bad, and there was water leaking from the toilet, flooding the entire bathroom. None of the rooms have heaters.
I had been awake for two days, so I was exhausted and unable to leave immediately. When I went to the reception to ask for a cancellation, I was told that the manager would contact me. I informed them that I was leaving, but the staff insisted that I stay the night and promised me a full refund once my cancellation request was approved.
They showed me another room that was slightly better and had a heater. I had originally booked for five nights, but after experiencing this building, I decided not to stay any longer—especially since I was planning to bring my family. That night, I also heard disturbing noises, which made me feel very uncomfortable.
Early the next morning, at 7:00 a.m., I checked out and went to another hotel. I was told the manager would be available at 12:00 p.m., and I returned as instructed. The staff member I spoke with was apologetic and seemed used to handling similar complaints.
When I returned, I was told that the manager charged me for one night because I stayed overnight. I explained that I only stayed because their staff insisted and promised a full refund due to the condition of the rooms. However, they claimed that Booking.com charged them, so they had to charge me for one night—especially since the payment was made in cash.
Unfortunately, Booking.com was not helpful at all.
They were lying and didn’t refund and promised me.
