La atención del personal y la ubicación, centrico
El parking no esta en las propias instalaciones, pero es cerca.
El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación y eso hace que sea un gran punto a favor, me encanto la vista que tiene desde la terraza y la atención del personal que labora en el hotel. El Desayuno estuvo muy bueno

El trato del recepcionista hacia mi, fue nefasto… Hubo un error de la plataforma ya que me mostraba descontado el pago a través de mi tarjeta Visa, y el señor recepcionista me trató muy mal y no quería dejar ingresar al huésped hablándonos de manera irrespetuosa, sin dejarnos dar una explicación. Está no es mi primera vez hospedándome en este hotel, pero si es mi primera vez que me tratan de esa manera, adicional me gritó por teléfono.. que mal servicio al cliente, el deber del recepcionista es buscar soluciones y brindar amabilidad. Si uno llega a un hotel es para sentirse cómodo y tranquilo, no estresada e indispuesta desde la llegada
