太可怕😱的體驗了！

朋友只住一晚，就請求退租，對方承諾退9635元，但第一晚要求扣2162元，還要收100元手續費，到今天3/1也還沒退！說實在的以下的說明看完，你就會明白！房間應該是有一陣子沒人住，灰塵、霉味超重，天花板跟牆上都是霉斑！房間旁邊有抽水馬達與飲水機相連，加上捷運，聲音吵到整晚不太能睡！房間窗戶外就是公共區飲水機，打開窗戶要透氣，一直有其他房客過來倒水，只能整晚關著，混著霉味渡一晚，我代訂士林夜市附近住宿被罵死！我能理解過年期間客滿，但這種垃圾房，不應該拿出來賣！我對於第一晚這麼恐怖的體驗還要收錢表示抗議⋯⋯！後續仍會持續在其他網站po負評！我有錄影存證！本來房東不打算退訂只能換！直到我說要去消基會申訴才願意退！
