Cleanliness in the bathroom can be judged by the photos attached.
Bathroom lacked ventilation leading to all the rotting wood and mould. Zero efforts made to change the moulded shower curtains.
We did get 2 bottles of water everyday and shampoo.
Rooms were cleaned everyday, but the sheets weren't. They were just swapped and flipped atleast twice I believe.
Unfortunately, wasn't worth the money charged.

Hotel is in a good location. That's the only good thing about this hotel. It is a very old hotel, which used to be good. But it is not maintained anymore. Everything is dated and the rooms are not clean at all. Extremely disappointed by the hotel and the stay.
The house keeping and cleaning staff were amazing.
They were very helpful in every way.
The service and staff were great. The location was prime but the room was okay. Lighting was less and the flush caused problem sometimes.

Quality of Bread Toast is horrible kept during Breakfast.
TV was broken. No water heater or Fridge and no toiletries. And no shops or convenience stores nearby. For those who are not familiar with Bengaluru, this is just not the hotel to stay.
The hotel room was fine, good size and reasonably clean. We didn’t eat there, the dining room wasn’t great. The staff were very helpful but the travel desk was poor. We asked about a trip and he told us to go and research what we wanted on the internet! So we did and sorted it out ourself, not very good for business.
Hotel was in a good position we could walk to the metro station.
We stayed for couple of days. Our stay was stress free, check in was smooth and food was good.
L'hôtel est calme mais la chambre remise ne correspondait pas à ce qui était promis , pas de lit double, de baignoire ,petit déjeuner ne semblait pas être gratuit. Sinon pas de problème chambre propre même si la douche était de très moyenne qualité
