Spacious, comfy & convenient
Pros:

I liked the interior design and cleanliness of this property. The room was spacious and even had a balcony with a view to the mountains. It was equipped with aircon, fridge, tv, wifi, kettle and hairdryer — nothing was missing. Also the bathroom was large with a walk-in shower and hot water.
I slept like a baby in the nights in which my room neighbours were nit banging the doors.

The self check in is convenient and practical but I expect the owner to provide the code for the front door and the further proceedings before I arrive. I found it a bit annoying that I pro-actively had to call upon arrival and ask for the code. Furthermore, nobody could, e.g., order a taxi for you as nobody was present.

Pros:

到達時聯絡出現問題。因當天並無員工在文旅，只能透過電話聯絡；而樓下大門外就是大街，通話時吵得聽不到電話。幸好最好有清潔員工聽到聲音給我們開門。

房間浴室都算乾淨 附近的扁食很好吃

缺點：床翻身都會有聲音 隔音也不太好 會聽到別間房間的開關門聲

This hotel is relatively new . Excellent central location, exact to pictures, you could even have a view of the mountains from the balcony of your room. Good soundproof walls (couldn't hear anything from rooms beside). Definitely a bang for the buck! We will definitely revisit this inn if coming to Hualien again.

地理位置绝佳，楼下就有巴士站，距离花莲火车站打车就不到10分钟到达，大约135台币，非常近，周围很多小吃，到夜市也只需步行不到10分钟。装修非常有格调，也非常整洁舒适，基本全新的，却没有任何异味哦！老板非常谦和有礼，乐于助人。第一天办理入住时正好老板不在（其实理应我们自助办理啦），第二天遇到时老板一直道歉，还主动为我们介绍市区必试美食，真心感觉到花莲的美好！祝乐文旅越来越棒~

地點很棒，隔音很差。
Pros:

優點 - 地點很棒，離鐵道市集很近，服務很好，員工友善。
缺點 - 隔音很差，可以聽到隔壁的手機看影片的聲音。
建議 - 希望房間內可以增設小桌子，喝飲料吃點心和梳化整理都會更方便。

住宿地點佳，附近很多餐飲商店可以探索；房間舒適風格輕鬆悠閒，外有飲水機可供人使用，整體相當不錯。但走廊若有人說話或關門聲大點的話，是聽得很清楚的。

椅子，麻煩要再一個椅子態度就吞吞吐吐
房間內，連個梳妝台也沒有
一個民宿要簡單利落，也不至於要到什麼都沒有，，，，吧～
