Satisfied
Pros:

The location hospitality

Cons:

The parking. When there is an event such as bike week the average customer has a car and a motorcycle. How can you limit 1 parking space.

Poor front desk supervision
Pros:

Location is perfect for my needs.

Cons:

Currently renovating so parking capabilities are severely impacted. This WAS NOT posted on their site. I had to make additional parking arrangements at a significant cost to me.

Cockraoches and had to leave early that morning
Pros:

Breakfast

Cons:

More than 10 cockroaches in the room. One of them on top of me.that woke me up at 3am. Everywhere and all sizes: behind the tv, shower, bathroom, curtain next to window, night table, next to the bed, room entrance.

Loved the staff at the front desk very friendly!
Pros:

Location is great, everything you need is nearby.

Cons:

The carpet in the room is sticky, not clean, housekeeping didn’t change my bedsheets even though it’s been done every other day.
