Fue cómoda la habitación, solicitamos cambio porque el olor a ambientador en la habitación inicial era muy fuerte y rápidamente nos ayudaron con otra.
Muchas personas en full day y cuando al fin se fueron ya no se podía usar la piscina, para los huéspedes se debería habilitar más tiempo la piscina y el uso del sauna que solo funciona los sábados. Por lo que vimos muy limitados los servicios del Resort.
La atención del personal es bastante lenta, demasiado tiempo de espera.

Excelente atención, son muy amables, te sientes como en casa...la piscina es grande para disfrutar con la familia..

El baño no tenían la botella de shampoo vacía.
Mi gustaron las instalaciones, peronseria bueno que fueron mas trasparentes con los.precios al momento de hacer la reserva ya que en booking incluí a mi menos hijo y pues ya tenia un presupuesto, pero me cobraron un poco más. Luego con la persona quien nos entrego la habitación como que nos dio a entender si desean esta bien sino hay otras opciones de Hotel. A parte de ello las sillas que estan al rededor de las piscinas nos dijeron que pertenecían a los socios y si es que estos llegaban y pedían que nos retiremos deberíamos de hacerlo y pues el monto que pagamos es considerable y más aun habían muchas sillas más, quizas antes de instalarlos deberian.comentarlo o poner un aviso de que ahi no se puede uno sentar, eso.me pareció descortés. Luego todo muy bien, super limpio, ordenado personal.de limpieza muy amable las que se encuentran en los baños y al rededor de.piscinas el.salvavidas muy atento y amable.

La habitación que pedimos resultó muy cómoda, espaciosa y agradable.
En esta ocasión fuimos solo mi esposo y yo pero el hotel es súper familiar, así que es mejor si vas con hijos.
El desayuno buffet del domingo estuvo muy rico.
Solo mejoraría las almohadas, esas si eran bien incomodas.

La verdad no encontré nada malo.
La habitación prolija. Muy limpia, ordenada e iluminada. Podrían tener frigobar con algunas bebidas a la venta.
El aforo estaba repleto, incluso visitantes que desde temprano separaban con ropa o accesorios las tumbonas, si siquiera ocuparías. Deberían organizar ello, casi nos quedamos sin donde sentarnos. Quizás cada habitación debería tener espacio se tumbano también separado.
