This time we managed to check in thanks to many English speaking neighbors, but basically this hotel is not suitable for non-Russian speaking guests. Not complaining, just do not want the breakdown of communication to cause similar events again.
Anyway, many thanks to the host.

Nice view, excellent location to subway, buses restaurants, suprrmarket, mall. Walking distance from Red square.
