Schimmelkamers zonder lift
Pros:

Het beste was de buurt. Je zit meteen in het gezellige centrum en het is vlakbij Getsemani.

Cons:

Gezien de foto's en de reviews hadden we ons echt op dit hotel verheugd. Maar wat een teleurstelling! Helaas moesten we 5 trappen op om naar onze kamer te gaan. De lift was stuk en werd tijdens ons verblijf niet gerepareerd. In onze kamer troffen we overal schimmel aan, op het plafond en de wanden en niet een klein beetje. Ook het hele trappenhuis had schimmel en zo rook het daar ook. We kregen wel een andere, maar kleinere kamer, en er waren geen aparte bedden meer en we moesten 2 x verkassen. Het personeel was wel vriendelijk en ze hebben ons (op aandringen door onszelf) een korting gegeven, maar al met al was onze beleving daar een grote teleurstelling.

La ubicación. Aunque la calle está muy muy sucia.

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue muy decepcionante y preocupante desde el punto de vista sanitario.

Desde el primer momento la habitación tenía un fuerte y constante olor a humedad, dando la sensación de un espacio mal ventilado y con problemas claros de humedad acumulada.

Lo peor, sin embargo, fue la presencia masiva de cucarachas. No se trató de ver alguna de forma puntual: había un gran número de cucarachas todos los días dentro de la habitación. Cada día aparecían varias, lo que evidencia que se trata de un problema serio y persistente del establecimiento.

Las fotos y el precio pueden parecer atractivos, pero la realidad es muy diferente. Mi recomendación a otros viajeros es clara: no se dejen engañar y busquen otro alojamiento en Cartagena donde se garanticen condiciones básicas de higiene.

I loved this place and I will be back in April.
Pros:

I liked the laundry service, the staff, the cleanliness, the look of the apartment, and the location. The price was extremely reasonable and having my friends visit was easy. I loved the shower head in the room I stayed in.

Cons:

The apartment was clean and the scent can be strong from the products. Just make sure to open the window to let it air out but it is very clean. The shower and water are great. Be aware of the water level in the shower as it can fill up and spill out.

No dejaban entrar hasta las 15:00, el edificio es viejo, mi apartamento tenía la cama en un altillo de madera. El techo del baño era el altillo de tablas de madera de la cama del vecino, y pasaba todo el ruido y holores

Pros:

Gran atención del personal y situación cómoda para moverse por el centro histórico, San Diego y Getsemaní. Nos ayudaron con traslados y nos dieron información sobre tours que puedes reservar en el propio hotel.

Cons:

Al menos en nuestro apartamento falta de almacenaje para ropa y falta de luz en el baño. Por el resto todo ok.
