Can’t think of a thing
The hotel and location was very nice. Very clean and comfortable. The room was quiet. The cost for parking is absolutely ridiculous!

The pool! It was way too small and no music or bar or anything by it!
Hotel was clean and is located within walking distance to many of the popular downtown areas, lie Broadway Street and Country Music Hall of Fame, and several bars and restaurants. Rooms were also quiet.
Parking in the garage is a little tight and expensive. Parking was $54 a day. I also wish they would include breakfast with the stay, as it is not.

Easy to find with GPS/satnav. Parking is right there, but felt really expensive. You pay for the convenience, and that did work for us. Generally an okay stay.
Improvements suggested: when checking in a guest who has included the breakfast option, please provide the voucher and advise location to access breakfast, AT CHECK IN. Breakfast itself was nice, and you have a choice. A pleasant surprise a 'free' drink between certain times. However, that would be included in the 'destination fee' , AKA resort fee in Vegas etc. That additional fee was also a surprise. (Yes, I do research, but that fee seemed to come out of nowhere.)
It is walkable to Broadway, the arena, Ryman Auditorium etc. It suited our needs.
Danica was the best. She had a very pleasant attitude
Ok hotel but Holiday in starting to feel like Spirit Airlines was. They have fees on fees. $62 to park! Ridiculous. $22 destination fee when you leave. Being an elite member means nothing anymore.
Danica made the check in process seem less and very welcome
Parking was a joke couldn't even get out next morning was blocked in Parking garage.
