We would definitely recommend staying at this Holiday Inn location downtown Nashville.
Pros:

The staff were sooo helpful. We had an issue with our car and teh valets Matthew and Yassa helped us. Then the front desk Sanya was sooo great assisting us. 2 of the managers and then Dewayne from maintenance. All excellent service! Also, enjoyed the compliementary drinks at the bar. Blond bartender super sweet.

It was a nice location but overpriced parking and overall hotel not what I expected for the price.
Pros:

The bell hops and front desk staff was very good.

Cons:

The kitchen for breakfast was extremely slow in the service and didn't have the common breakfast items prepared. Wait time was not ideal. The bar area- bartenders were extremely non-social and grumpy for the happy hour. Room service was not offered daily on long term stays. Late checkout request was a hassle.

Incorrect room information, but nice place to stay
Pros:

The location was nice, but still a few blocks from the City’s activity center. The amenities were nice and the hotel is both clean and luxurious.

Cons:

We paid extra for concierge king room only to be told that there want one available when checking in. In addition, there was no view of the City in the room they ultimately put us in.
