Прекрасный уютный отель. Уже много раз там проживали

I don't have many good things to say about the hotel except the room is nice. I arrived at the hotel along with two other friends on 31.12 at 3:00 am, we got a room on the 6th floor (no elevator). We had to take our suitcases on alone without any help from the hotel! But it didn't end there , when we got to the room it smelled like mold, there was only sleeping place for two people (and the reservation was for 3 people), and when I came to the reception and explained the problems to her, she replied to me: "Please wait till morning please, i can't do nothing now." One of us had to sleep on the sofa without a pillow and with our coats as blankets.

There is a continuation of the story, On our sixth day at the hotel we noticed that there were no towels and the maids took our other towels. We decided to call reception to ask for towels, and they replied "We are sorry there are no towels for today, maybe tomorrow."
I wouldn't call this place hotel, it is not a hotel at all, more like an apartments rent place.

Отличное местоположение. Все. Администраторы даже не здороваются. Белье серое,полотенца пора давно заменить. Санузел настолько крошечный,настолько некомфортный. Душевая кабина вообще треш,из дешевых- самая дешевая,очень маленькая,регулятор от извести весь скрипит,поворачивается с большим трудом.Фен на одном саморезе. Сняли фен самостоятельно,положили на тумбу. На третьи сутки только служба отеля удосужилась нормально и безопасно закрепить фен на стене. Жиденькие убитые подушки,спать вообще невозможно,матрас из этой же оперы.Да! Имейте в виду,что мы были в отеле на праздниках,парковка Ингосстраха была пустая,поэтому,в округе было очень тихо. Хотелось бы комфорта,приятного постельного белья,полотенец,и да,обратите внимание на ресепшн- деловой стиль одежды приветствуется,и уберите кресло- лежанку,смотрится малопривлекательно.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel over new year, in one of the duplex rooms. We really liked the room, it was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful. The only downside was that there was no elevator, and we were on the 6th floor. The staff said they are expecting to have one later this year, hopefully they get one because it's a tall building and not everyone will be able to climb up all those stairs. But all in all, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel!

Выбор был обусловлен близким расположением к Экспоцентру. Но в следующий раз лучше проеду пару станций на метро до гостиницы.
Во-первых, некомпетентный сотрудник потратил 40 наших минут на заселение и выяснение - как взять оплату и предоставить счёт за проживание.
Номер за 7 тыс руб реально помещает в себя только кровать и узенький проход в сторону окна.
Душевая кабина работает плохо, вода уходит сильно медленней, чем поступает. В итоге стоишь по щиколотку в воде - не самые приятные ощущения.
Завтрак за дополнительную тысячу рублей предлагают в соседнем ресторане (на выбор две позиции плюс один напиток). По факту в этом ресторане на тысячу рублей можно заказать чуть больше. Или вообще позавтракать в другом месте. Смысла покупать завтрак в отеле нет - все равно нужно одеваться и выходить на улицу.
При определенных условиях - такая ночевка и такой сервис могут существовать, но нужно осознавать, если ты берёшь с постояльца 7 тысяч рублей, то и уровень должен быть соответствующим. Здесь цена-качество абсолютно не сопоставимы.

Small hotel with nice room in interesting location (possibly a bit hard to find?). No lift but staff helped to bring a suitcase to 4th floor. When I returned to room at around 16:30, no cleaning was done, and drain in shower booth was stuck. Breakfast in the restaurant in the same building was great, but note that it is closed on Sunday.

Good staff and hotel is in good area .i like this otel

커피포트가 더러웠어요. 그 외 시설은 괜찮았습니다. 역에서 가깝지는 않았지만 다닐만 했구요. 주변도 안전했습니다.

사진과는 다르게 너무 좁고 에어컨 고장이라고 하루는 그냥 자라고 하고 다음날은 고쳤다는데 고친게 아니라 원래 에어컨이 17도로 놓고 온도 조잘 하지 말고 껏다 켰다 하여야 하는거라고 한다.
타월로 2명 투숙인데 하나줄떄도 있고 물도 어느날은 주고 어느날은 안주고 ....

Zimmer sehr hellhörig, Bad sehr klein, aber moderne Ausstattung und nette Personal.

Overall Good.Rooms in which i stay is small but still sufficient and good.
Staff are excellent always smiling and help nature.i will visit again if i travel moscow.

Очень удобное месторасположение. Недалеко от выставочного центра и от метро. Рядом много точек, где можно перекусить в любое время.

Helpful and courteous front desk. Small, but clean room. Adjacent restaurants were great, especially Touché. Would stay at this property again.
