Habitaciones limpias y cómodas aunque pequeñas. Las personas en el restaurante son muy amables.

Cons:

No hay restricción de horarios para los huéspedes con respecto al ruido a altas horas de la noche. Cantan, gritan, hablan, dan portazos, corren, se pasean charlando y recorren los pasillos una y otra vez. No se miden en el ruido que generan y a nadie parece importarle. Hablan por celular en las áreas comunes como las salas de estar a altas horas. Y desde muy temprano en la mañana vuelven a empezar. Reduciendo el descanso real a unas poquísimas horas.

Es imposible descansar en este hotel. No hay respeto por el sueño y el descanso de los demás. Fueron tres horribles noches.

Acogedor y familiar
Pros:

Me gustaron todos los servicios, la habitación es acogedora, tal como la solicité, el servicio de restaurante muy amable y a tiempo.

Cons:

Mejorar un poco la recepción. Hoy al hacer el check out fue un poquito demorado pero son cositas para mejorar. De resto todo super bien.

Pros:

La atención de las señoritas recepcionistas.

Cons:

estaba dañado el tanque del agua del baño, tocaba quitar la tapa para bajar el agua, y se demoraba casi una hora para q se volviera a llenar, tocaba con una balde, las sábanas estaban rotas y habían cucarachas que salían de la rejilla de la ducha.

No pudimos bañarnos en la noche
Reservamos con jacuzzi y no pudimos utilizarlo
