NOS CANCELARON 3 HORAS ANTES DEL CHECK-IN

El alojamiento me aviso tres horas antes del check in que no nos podian alojar... cuando ya estabamos en camino a bogotá, me pareció una falta de respeto que avisaran con tan poco tiempo, cuando la reserva se había hecho con semanas de anterioridad, se excusaron culpando a la plataforma de booking, sin embargo ellos como hotel deben hacerse responsables de al menos comunicarse con los huéspedes, si no es porque uso la opción de booking para avisar acerca de nuestra hora de llegada, no se toman la molestia siquiera de escribir que no nos pueden recibir.

Sehr späte Anreise war gar kein Problem. Gutes und freundliches Check-In

Cons:

Ich durfte 30 Minuten nach Abschluss des Frühstücks noch frühstücken. Ich durfte nach dem Checkout im Hotel meine Koffer hinterlegen und soger im Workspace-Bereich arbeiten. Sie haben mir ein Taxi zum Flughafen organisiert. Sehr sehr guter Service.
