Pros:

The actual apt was very nice.. unfortunately Expedia sold me something totally different!! Everything that was listed didn’t have.. I paid for one thing and the property charged me way more extra

Pros:

the owner is excellent at communicating all the available options, I would strongly suggest taking advantage of the driver option, Carlos is a wonderful guide, and a very safe driver as well and you will feel very secure with him.

It was a very poor and uncomfortable experience as we were greeted at the entrance first the room was not ready we were told to come back later. We came back a few hours later and then we were interrogated ask what we did for a living. Ask who my wife to me and indicated if I just met or what profession She was in and why was she coming into the room with me. A very uncomfortable situation where in made feel unsafe and unwanted. Then they indicated that if we’re going to have two more guest with us they would increase the price over 250 more then the original cost. It was very upsetting how they treated over all. At that point feeling unsafe and unwelcome I decided it was time to leave. I told them at that point that I would be speaking with Expedia and commenting on our experience and he indicated that he would reimburse us $80 and ask us not to give him a bad review.

Pros:

The 2 level Penthouse was really nice and clean. Comfortable beds and nicely furnished throughout.
