El hotel es costoso para el servicio y calidad de servicios que ofrece. Tarifa una noche igual que hotel con alta calidad. Lo mejor que tiene es el desayuno y la piscina termal. Tiene buena infraestructura pero realmente servicio de hotel 3 estrellas.

Las habitaciones no están insonorizadas, entonces no se puede dormir. El hotel organiza eventos y hace todo lo posible para que el huésped no duerma bien. Puertas de las habitaciones en triplex, ventanas ordinarias lo cual permite que entre todo el ruido. Tiene buena infraestructura pero realmente servicio de hotel 3 estrellas.

La relación calidad precio. No nos avisaron que cambiaron el día de aseo de la piscina y no pudimos utilizarla. Los servios son muy pocos. El spa tampoco estaba funcionando. Pueden incluir servicios como jacuzzi, turco u otros.
