Keys: The hotel should use cards instead of metalic Keys. Noise and parties: Too much noise in afternoon family event. Eventhough it finished at 7:30, I was so noisy.

1. Extra charges for water and coffee which were not announced. I feel like the hotel is nickeling and diming, especially because we rented a Cabana. First hotel in the world I have seen charging for coffee in the room, and I have visited about 65 countries so far.
2. The pool guy is always on his phone with headphones on. He doesnt pay attention to guests. If a child is drowning, he will never notice it. There is a green button to get into the pool. If it is not for a guest, we wouldnt be able to get in. Was

Un buen lugar para descansar y disfrutar
Pros:

Si bien en un hotel que tiene sus años, las instalaciones están muy bien mantenidas, las habitaciones son cómodas y no se escuchan muchos ruidos, permite descansar mucho! La piscina es perfecta, amplia y permite tener distintas temperaturas en la misma, lo cual lo hace muy agradable. También ponen muy buena música en todas las instalaciones. Los empleados son muy amables y serviciales.

Cons:

La comida… no se que les pasa con la comida, los precios son muy elevados y no es buena, los risottos saben iguales porque la base la hacen igual no pudiendo apreciar el sabor del risotto seleccionado. La verdad cambian al chef y este hotel podría ser de lo mejor en la zona! Se agradecería un poco de variedad en el desayuno, si bien cambian en una cosa, se agradecería incursionar en otras cosas, carimañolas, deditos de queso, etc. En fin, el hotel, sus instalaciones y su personales son muy buenos! Pero la comida y su costo hacen que baje la nota. Hagan algo por favor para que uno no tenga que salir a comer afuera.
