Fanastic, highly recommended.
Pros:

Amazing service, and friendly staff. Gawshal and Dharshan from memory are just two I can name but everyone was kind and helpful. Very clean and spacious hotel (more like a resort) with A LOT of amenities. The heated indoor pool and kids area were fantastic. Breakfast was also a huge selection and great quality! Loved the fresh juice made in front of us.

Cons:

The bed could be slightly more comfortable.

Comfortable stay and a good base for a stay in NE

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. The food at the hotel buffet breakfast was good and we ate numerous times at the sackville, which was also very good

Extraordinary Stay with Stunning Mountain Views

We stayed in the Mountain View Suite at The Golden Ridge, and where should I start—everything was extraordinary! From the transfer to our room by golf cart, to the bath on the balcony overlooking the tea plantations, to the fireplace in the room welcoming us on a rainy afternoon—it was a truly special stay.

We loved that it was possible to choose between one big bed or two twin beds, which made the suite perfect for our needs. The hotel offers several dining options, but we decided to try in-room dining and were pleasantly surprised by how excellent the food was.

This stay exceeded all expectations. We would highly recommend The Golden Ridge for anyone seeking a luxurious, memorable experience with breathtaking mountain views in Nuwara Eliya.

Lækkert hotel med mange faciliteter i fantastisk smuk beliggenhed. Charmerende indrettede værelser. Virkelig stor og lækker kvalitetsbuffet morgen og aften. Fortrød vi ikke havde valgt 2 dage her, så vi kunne udnytte faciliteterne bedre. Man kunne blive fragtet rundt i de små golfbuggies, hvis man ønskede det i det stejle terræn.

An excelletnt property for you to relax and unwind
Pros:

The room was good with a balcony giving a wonderful mountain view. Breakfast and dinner was Ok .. House keeping was excellent and the guy , Hasitha , who was the guy in charge of our floor was doing an excellent job.
Enjoyed the Taylor's Lounge and also the sklyline bar. The spa though overpriced have done a decent job . Overall an excellent property

Cons:

The bathroom very badly failed the expectation and standard. The shower cubicle had an inherent problem . The slope of the floor was opposite to the drain outlet and the water gets accumulated in the cubicle . Surprised ..how this was ovelooked all these days
