It was an excellent service by all staff
The traveling experience to her was best
It’s a family vacation at Srilanka, this is a second destination we reached late in evening after a day long travel , warm welcome with a spicy tea then straight to our room (see a view from room) pic shared . What amazed us was the dinner spread there were close to 120+ dishes best part they kept many Indian dishes also Jain . Restaurant staff was super friendly and accommodating all the requests, we being Gujju love to have butter milk we requested and with smile it was made available they made sure it was served all three days . My kids had the best time in controlled temperature swimming pool. Flowers were maintained so well. You just love to keep watching them. My mom 78 had fun in the room with heater on 😀
My son won billiards 🎱 against me which will be a memorable time for him 🫣

We had a wonderful stay at The Golden Ridge Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The meals were delicious with a good variety of options. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect getaway.

Amazing stay at The Golden Ridge Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the views were amazing, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great food and excellent facilities made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

The best place to stay in nuwara eliya
This was our second stay at Golden Ridge, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the Mountain View Suite, and everything was absolutely perfect. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, with breathtaking mountain views that made our stay even more special.
The staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help, making us feel welcomed throughout our visit. The peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and excellent service are what keep bringing us back.

Loved the vibe of this hotel atop Nuwara Eliya. When the fog rolls in we felt we were among the clouds. Rooms were spacious modern and clean. Breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent with a wide selection to suit all palates.

Glass restaurant outside was horrible and at the same time top expensive
Nice property with a very good view of the mountain. Good facilities and the indoor pool was quite good which also had a view of the mountains. Lots of flowers around and also they grow lots of veggies and some fruits on site (accessible for guests to see) which was nice. Breakfast had quite good variety so there is something for everyone. Staff is overall pleasant and polite.
Room service food can be improved as it lacked taste. There was some construction happening right in front of our room in the morning with lot of grinding noise, it would have been nice to inform guests of noisy work in advance.
