Very comfortable stay
Pros:

Very comfortable stay. Staff were kind and attentive. Facilities including spa, pool and games room kept us entertained. Buffet restaurant had plenty of delicious choice and other bar options were very scenic.

We had a wonderful stay at Golden Reach Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making my stay very relaxing.

The restaurant served delicious food with excellent service. Every meal was fresh, well prepared, and beautifully presented. The restaurant staff were attentive and ensured we had a great dining experience.

Overall, the hospitality, cleanliness, and outstanding service made my stay memorable. We highly recommend Golden Reach Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent customer service. We look forward to visiting again!

This 5 star hotel located with a panoramic view in Nawara Eliya, I visited this hotel for the first time and was pleased with facilities offered. The food was great, offered eastern and western varieties. Hotel Rooms are very good and clean. Also offers indoor sports, gym, heated pool, billiard table +++, Appreciate the hospitality of the General Manager Mr Puspitha and the efficient staff members. Highly recommend
