The Golden Ridge was exceptional- we stayed two nights and didn’t want to leave the hotel. The staff are so friendly and accommodating and the the facilities certainly are 5 stars. We enjoyed the sauna and indoor poor which is a must if you are here for the views alone. There are loads of restaurant options to choose from and all our meals were lovely. Would highly recommend stopping by on your way though the tea plantations.
Only thing I can think of is that the coffee isn’t very strong but that’s all!

Everything is perfect. We really enjoyed the stay.
I loved the facilities - heated pool and we had a jacuzzi on our balcony.
The staff were friendly, helpful and informative.
The buffet spread for breakfast was delicious and vast.

A beautiful hotel set on the hills just outside Nuwara Eliya, the gardens are gorgeous. Lovely food for both breakfast and dinner in the main buffet restaurant. We used the gym and indoor pool both excellent.
